i love how all the PS3 users are like "NO, get a PS3!!!" with no reason WHY to buy the PS3.....

yea, you get a blue ray player, buy you also have to put up with shitty blue tooth headphones, a Bad internet connection to sony servers and Bad security....... Fun.

I've got both the PS3 and the 360. With the exception of a few games, most are on both consoles. I do like the Blu Ray in the PS3, but I play it more because the graphics are better that the XBox, and I like the controller a lot better. The 360 controller is so big and bulky, the PS3 is smaller and easier to hold and use

Yeah, we've got a 60" (ish) Vizio w/ HD.
Then you don't even need to take graphics into consideration, you'll be playing in hd; it's going to look good with either system. Unless you're doing a side by side comparison you're not going to notice the tiny differences between the two systems. Some games look better on xbox, some look better on ps3.. but either way you won't be dissapointed. Like corbat said, the only thing ps3 has going for it is a blu-ray player and free online (which lags, gets disconnected, gets hacked and shuts down for a month).

look, it just got hacked again: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052970203633104576625971976475508.html

don't spend money on a company that gets hacked, does a total upgrade to their security and then get hacked again...

xbox is just garbage.I had like 8 and they all broke.
it got shitty graphics
You gotta pay for its online.Yea its not much but its still a hassle when your time expires.
The ps3 internet is fine,I was using my neighbors wifi for awhile and nothing lagged.Even streamed movies from the browser.

Never had any connection issues with the PS3, but I don't play online competitively, I mostly play RPG's and the like.

where do you people get this "graphics suck on xbox" bullshit from? i watch netflix movies and play games in 1080p and that shit is crystal clear and smooth.
you must not have a nice tv or not know how to use your tv settings.

nobody can back their shit up lol, why buy from a company who can't even properly secure its network?

depending on the layer used Bluray disks can have 25-128 gb of data put on to their disks. Xbox uses DVDs or hd-dvd which MAX out at 30gb (if dual layer HD) of data space. More space=more detail...Glad i have this HDVD drive for my xbox...useless these days
