i want to start a seed bank/ company

yep i want to start a seed company / business , im already aware and somewhat educated of the skills , time and care needed to breed seeds, but my question comes more into how am i / how do current seed banks legally sell seeds across borders? also i mean obviously they send it in the mail but how does it not get traced back to them. also what kind of money collecting service would they use? ie paypal or whatever. i hear alot of companies are not technically legal i would like to run as legal as possible. any info or any sources of info would be greatly appreaciated.

a good example of my question how does hempdepot or vancouver seed bank (canadian) sell seeds to americans and europeans and not run into trouble? do they have medical marijuna licenses? do they use paypal? what would they write on tax returns and shit lol ..... so many fucking questions i just wanna get good high quality femmenized seed to people at a fair price legally ..... hopefully lol.

They don't do it legally, easy as that.
This is why stealth shipping is so important to the industry.
As for why it never gets traced back to them (the seedbank), they must have an arrangement with their local government officials (wink, wink).
Either that or the local gov likes the money coming into the economy, so they turn a blind eye.
The only semi legal way (in the USA) to do any breeding and selling of seeds is to set up business in California or Colorado, where it's legal to be a breeder.
Then you can sell your wares to the local dispensaries, who in turn sell them to the patients.

Paypal is easy to use, but even easier to track.
That's why most seedbanks only take cash, credit card, and prepaid debit cards.
There is always bit-coin, but it's a bit of a pain in the ass to use from what I hear.

I could have given you these answers on a much cooler forum you know ;-)

PayPal will not process transactions that are illegal. If and when they discover that a business is a seedbank and selling to countries where seeds are illegal they will pull the PayPal account. Cash, debit cards, prepaid debit cards, credit cards and money orders are what can be relied on by seedbanks for payment.

@ Curly604. Do you want to be a breeder or do you want to be a seedbank? You seem to have mentioned both. If you want to be a breeder, start breeding and find a way to get your strains out there and build a good reputation and then seedbanks like Attitude and Hemp Depot etc. will handle your products. You will not have to sell direct once you reach that point. You will only be selling to seedbanks, not growers. If you want to be a seedbank then you need to start a website and contact breeders and purchase their products and resell them to growers.

thanks brick , ya i should have been more informative i do want to open a seed company , but i also want to have some of my own product / seed that i sell , i havent seen much of this and i think it will go well .... who knows though only time will tell , either way thanks for the info bro.

Marc was the sacrificial lamb in the us drug war politics. Go to England or Spain to open a biz. In seed retail breeding well now try Cali colo Michigan or mn. Yes mn possession of under 22 lbs is 8 in 4 on parole. So one year mn will be med legal soon. If both try holland it's illegal grown seeds but no real enforcement not like us. Or try Canada ey.

ya man they strung him up for everyone to see , but really they did not accomplish too much with this like you say just a media lamb.

imho, marc emery wanted to be put in prison. ... he had soo many chances to back down and take the easy road out, but noo, he simply had to keep throwing it in the us's face, at which point they had no other option but to throw him in prison.. exactly where he wanted to be imho..

The High court has struck down limits, they ruled they need to be voted on! In the USA. That means now we are in a gray area, it is up to your doctor mine just gave me a growers cert for 99 plants stay under 100 more then that you are at risk.

I always check case law and such, I am a research nut but well we are all nuts in one way or another, if you need info on SSDI, EEO, Employment law, harassment law, dog training, Ministery ( I am a minister don't laugh) a dog trainer, and on SSDI oh and won my workmans comp case, and did all this by myself, got tons of material way to much, but I am alive and here to help, have grow pdfs too.

well, that's the thing, i don't think he thought in a million years he was ever going to get extradited to the us and have to serve his time here, but when you put yourself in a situation like he did, you pretty much put the ball in someone elses court, and you may not be happy with the outcome..
