Air Pots = Best pot for soil

If you are growing in soil I highly suggest people check out airpots from their local hydroshop. They allow the roots to be air pruned and the plants grow bigger because of that. I water my plants every other day because the airpots don't hold as much moisture. They are virtually impossible to overwater, and if you add geohumus to your soil that will help you retain more moisture (if desired).

They make small sizes too. This is a .8 gallon and a 2.0 gallon with chocolope clones that are 12-12 after 1 week of veg (for shits and giggles)

You can buy a 7 gallon airpot if you wanna do a tree. One thing for certain is once you try them you wont go back to normal pots.

I finish in 3.4 Gallon Airpots. And another positive is that transplanting is made easy because the pots come apart.

Have airpots that are made completely of cloth that the roots can go through, I also have the classic home made airpots out of the 5gals. Love them & I do notice a difference in vigor

<3 +rep for growing the same ghetto way i do. i homemade fabric pots because im so cheap. drilling out the 5G buckets to make teh homemade air pots wasn't bad... but MAN it was totaly worth it.

i've seen a vast improvement in growth, and its much harder to over water.....

Ive seen a video where Smart pots Lost to Air pots. I wanted to get Air pots 2 but smart pots are cheaper. but both are great for soil, hard pot can get you root bound and mess up ur yield.

I've ordered Airpots for my first grow Smokebros, Im going to be growing in soil, and whilst doing my research into my growroom, its seems that they are gathering a bit of a following from our 'sort' of people aswell as from 'normal' green-fingered types. . The science all makes sense.
I've ordered the 10L size pots, not too sure what that is in the US gallon standard. The pots are manufactured in Scotland from recycled plastic.
You know a product is good when people try and copy it. I seen a video a while back from a US company ripping the idea of. The quality looked no where near as good, infact the video was getting loads of negative comments.
Mine should be down anyday now....

I use 3.4 gallon airpots, they cost about 8$ a piece.

1 US gallon = 3.78541178 litres, I'm pretty sure I ordered 6 x 10 Litre pots for for my DR150 mkII tent, should be good right?

They are manufactured in the UK though, so thats why its cheaper. Makes a change though guys, usually its the other way, and we pay through the nose!!!!

Go to their website and look for country then distributors. I found one in Florida that has a nice discount while they last. Just got my order Friday. I repotted one plant from a net pot where roots were sticking through. The plant did not suffer in any way and has grown several inches in just 2 days.

Most importantly, I think you can grow a better root system in a 3G AP, than in a 5 G regular pot.

havent seen them around here, just on the internet, but in my big pots, i drilled a few holes in each.

hehe, did it long ago, before i heard about airpots so i dont have any comparison, but the plants seem to be doing very fine in them.
just made sense to open the soil to more air. (plus i got much more shitty soil back then, had to compensate somehow)

I've used the Rootbuilder pots, 3 gallon. When I culled the males, the root balls were all very fine roots through out the pot except for a couple of slightly larger roots at the very bottem. Just got some Airpots, 1 L and 2 gallon, will use them next grow.
