Source please. You don't have a source cause you're wrong. I love people like you, in one breath you will say "Bush wasn't that bad of a president (or even worse, he was a good president)". Then in your very next breath you will bash Obama's spending. It makes you look so so unintelligent. Lets look at the facts:
-Bush inherited a $236 billion surplus in 2001. By 2008 that surplus was now a multi-trillion dollar deficit.
-Within his first 100 days, Bush signed 1.6 TRILLION dollar tax cut, with the majority of that tax cut going to the top 10% of earners.
-Within his first 100 days Bush passed No Child Left Behind. In 2008 NCLB cost the federal government $24.4 Billion, plus the billions it cost the local governments to comply. Ask any group of educators if No Child Left Behind is working, you will get a resounding no. It hasn't helped to minimize the achievenment gap between students or improve drop out rates, which is what it was designed for.
-George W. Bush approved and signed the massive multi-hundred billion dollar bank bailout. Hundred of Billions of dollars to the massive corporations that were part of the economic collapse.
-Remember those weapons of mass destruction in Iraq? Yeah me neither. But since that war was a freebie (buy one get one free) that doesn't count as bush spending. Or wait since Obama was in the senate since 2004 can we blame that spending on him somehow?
George Bush nearly spent more in his first 100 days than Obama in his entire presidency. Wake up and smell the shit, nobody is infallible, Republican or Democrat. But for what ever reason, Republicans seem to be the only ones who think they are infallible God's among men.

what we should be doing with our energy, is organizing. i will agree many at the mmma are un focused. really that's why it's needed most. to support those that are willing to participate but can't organize.
as with dealing with any large group of people.
the real problem is they are the only real face of the movement in michigan. who else is there?
if that truth is offensive to you than you must change it. sitting down mostly does nothing.
we need thousands to be present at this rally. it's not about the mmma. it's about them changing OUR law. nothing is safe from these fuckers! they can't run shit in a bag, and when WE do something that works, they are gonna make an abortion of it also?
that is the definition of tyranny.
if any of you excuse tyranny in the name of the mmma, you are experiencing cowardly behaviour.

ALL of these mother fuckers I see think they are a GOD not just a "republicans". Even people outside of politics believe they are God like. Look at that retarted scientist that lives in a wheel chair.. even that thinks it is a GOD and that looser can't even walk.
Politics is so unreal that it baffles me to why anyone would want to learn about it? All I know is I would rather have no leadership then leadership if our leaders cannot do simple math and stand up for what they think is right. our government is FOUNDED in god-
as the right s it derives are from us. most, including the founding fathers believe they were given to us be a higher being commonly referred too as GOD.
the proof is right in front of us. our system doesn't function without Him. it is easily infiltrated and compromised when evil intentions such as greed, gluttony, and or laziness are introduced.

the main thing is-
rather than focusing on obscure differences between ourselves, we must concentrate on the COMMON. more than likely, most of us have a great deal in common and if we knew each other face to face we would be alot more tolerant to our obscurities.
as a matter of fact, it's mostly the little tweaks about us that those close to us fall in love with the most.

I am proud not to be an outstanding ass kissin citizen that is both blinded and deaf. To feel as though we are obligated in some way to our country is a wrong kinda feeling. This is our HOME that is it. I never swore shit nor did I sighn a contract that gives my life away at the age of 5 with their "edjucation"
To think that it is alright to go to grade school, then ship right off to college and then immediatley work until you die is a fucking fool and a reason why we are the way we are. To have a false sense of freedom must feel good, I was never so dumb to be lied to as I thought for myself back then and still do to this day.
If you are not dead before you retire then you are lucky indeed. If you are dead before you retire what a beautifull life you had as a slave. We are no more diffrent then the black were back in the day.

for myself as an american i have no choice(not that i don't occasionally wish for the anarchy). we must look back to the things that made us great and provided peace of mind and soul for so many, and use them. DAILY.
all 8 of my great grandparents immigrated to the US in the early 'teens.(1911-1913) trough Ellis island. their first view of the united states was the Statue of Liberty. they were escaping europe as things were warming up. somehow they all could sense the direction of the wind when so many others couldn't or wouldn't.
my grandparents were very poor. growing up near flint michigan in the early 1900's was a difficult way, to hear them tell it. my grandfather told me of a time when they(grandpa and grandma) were in they woods, hunting. rabbits and upland birds. they had a stream through the farm and laying next to it were two sheep that had escaped from someone else's farm and had succumbed to the cold. they excitedly gathered the animals(dead for several days) and brought them back to the farm where they shore them, washed, and carted the wool. my grandfather was a bit of a carpenter and had built my grnadmother a spinning wheel for a wedding present which she used to spin the wool to thread. once the wool was spun and dyed. she used it to construct one of the finest blankets i have ever seen. it is one of the families most prized possessions, as she is gone now. taken by the cancer.
in spite of only being a third generation american, valley forge is MINE. ghettysburg, MINE. the long journey west to a new life, in a wild expanse where anything could happen, MINE.
and all the other things great about this country are mine as well. i will teach my family about troops stealing through the night, on christmas eve, barefoot, as if i was there. not one ounce of passion shall be lost.

you have to remember, whatever time Period you speak of when we were "Great providing peace of mind and soul for so many" We were still killing and causing mayhem on the other side of the planet. their Has Always Been as much EVIL & HATE bred by religion / faith / beliefs as their ever has been good.
