when to start nutes on rockwool seedlings?

hello out there i am in my first year of ebb and flood hydro system and i am woundering

when is the best time to start flooding NUTES to my ROCKWOOL plants
I am growing AFRICAN FREE & NEVILLES HAZE AND USING CFLS in a controlled
grow closet any help would be much appreciated and valued.

I wouldn't start any nutes on seedlings. Let them grow and just use PH balanced water. Then after the second week you can start your nute schedule. Good luck!
