Can I still post pics of my first ever auto plant even tho I can't enter? This threads for information purposes right? I tried a little LST on her to hopefully see a difference in quantity come harvest, we shall see.

sound advice on the rockwool front,i like riot cubes they seem to work really good for me

im having a hard time gettin my piks up, so i am gonna do another "literal update"... lol... anyways, i went ahead and put her in my bigger fowering box... it has a mixed spectrum... i have 4x 15 watts, and 3x 26 watt cfls... she has the tip ofher third node coming out... iam considering scrogging this grow, but i almost want to let it grow out naturally bein this is my first time to grow an auto, and i am faintly curious to see how it does on its own with no training... hmmm...i guess i have a few weeks before i mak the final desicion... i guess i am gonna wait to see how big itll get before flowering... that is my final answer... lol... i bought a grav lab helix last nightwith all three interchangable parts... i am lit as shit right now... just a thought, this might be why i cant get my pik shit workin right... lol...

Have you grown any Mi5s before? I am growing one right now and the Short Stuff description said 8-9 weeks, seed to harvest. She started showing pistils by week 3 and now at day 42 she is about 18 inches and just loaded with bud sites! I can't wait to smoke some of that! I really hope she doesn't take 3 months! If you wanna take a look, the link's in my sig. Thanks and good luck to you! I would have loved to be in the cage match, but while I have a few different auto seeds, I don't have any more room!

The Ak 47 pheno matures a lot quicker than that of the afgani.
The big cola that is my face is an MI 5 with strong afgani roots the plant was at 93 days and could have went longer. I hit them with t8 for the first week and then 400w metal h for two or three
more weeks on 24/0 . When they start to flower I use 650w of hps on 18/6 and then takes about 2 months to finish from there.

I was really impressed by the auto's, and the MI 5 was my first go aroud with autos, so I bred out one plant! I was blessed with over 200 beans and so far the female ratio is about 80%. I am no breeder so I don't know if it is luck or not! I have been known to posses dumb luck, heavy on the dumb

so i got my three piks uploaded... one is of my 138 watt light setup... i have the option of raising the wattage up to 182 for a final maxxed out wattage, but this seems to be suffecient for now... one pik is of my flowerin box now being used for an all around grow box since i am doing autos for a second... there is also a screen in there i have used in a previous grow (check the sig)... last pik is of my lady... you can barely see te tip of the third node bout to shoot out, but itis there... the lady bug has died, ut i will keep it for a good luck charm... lol... sorta like a scare crow to gnats... lol...

i got short stuffs super cali haze an shorts desciption says it takes 110 days start to finnish give or take a day or two, but supposed to have an increased yield of about 3+ o's

Finally have a lil progress going here... Growth should really take off now, as the one thats a week older did once it reached this point.. Pics of both...
A little more about the environment, dont think ive put much info of that..
Its in a grow cab 3x2x3, cfl with about 375 watts, temp 75-80 lights on and down to 68 lights off... Using flora nova grow and bloom..
I gave the little one a light nutrient feeding, early growth according to directions.. the bigger one got a decent dose of that a week ago, it also had shown pistols by last week, which was about 17 days when.... It may actually finish in 60, ive been wondering as about every where has dif times...
Also the bigger one is in a 24 0unce cup, while the other is in a 4 inch pot. be a good comparison of growth...
They seem to be reallly vigirous plants and i hope the lil has the growth the other one does, should be a little better in a bigger pot...
Edit: also, its 12/12 cause i do 12/12 from seed and the plants are only vegging under about 100 watts in half the box until they get into flower then ill distribute the lights more evenly, as it is all the 2700k's are directly around my flowering plants...
