Unbelievable. Now the police department will hold an "investigation" and you can bet your ass they will find "no wrong doing."

They blew him away with a shotgun. Didn't address him in any way. They just walked up and shot him.

2 shotgun blasts and 6 handgun shots? Overkill. I could see where in the dark the hose handle could certainly be misconstrued as a gun but to blast that much without saying a word?
 
that shit makes me sick. and i love how the reporter says at the end that the popo say that your responsible for your actions, meaning the guy was in the wrong.. to bad the same doesn't hold true for the cops who murdered the dude in cold blood..

and the best part is hearing that cpt saying over and over again that the guy was holding a pistol grip, yah, a pistol hose you dumb fuckwad.. i hate that shit, and it makes me ill..

I totally agree bro. Sad, sad shit. The one with the guy holding the gold club in Utah is another one that is way fucked!:sad:
 
This is all due to the war on drugs and the militarization of our country's police forces. It's fucking insane. Innocent American citizens are dying because of this stupid bullshit and the police departments are covering it up.

I think what pissed me off more is that their getting away with wrongfully overkilling a guy. seriously 2 shotgun blast and 6 pistol shots... you have got to be fucking kidding me!
 
...will police be held accountable for their actions? It seems every time they kill someone, nothing changes. I mean, you have to literally carry a tape recorder/ camera to prove that cops bullshit. even then, it's a toss up... :wall:
 
What pisses me off is the fucking top cop claiming that a man with a hose needed to be taken down and that all citizens are responsible for their actions..... Well, that goes for the fucking dumb ass shooters as well. They need to be held accountable.... and that sheriff needs a new career.

i don't know if i follow your logic about the part about this being the result on the war on drugs carne... i do hate the war on drugs, but i don't see how that can be blamed for a call about a drunk man with a gun?? the us police dpt has been militarized long before the war on drugs ever occurred that is for sure, but maybe things have only gotten worse since its inception?
idk, but i really hate the power that the cops in this country have, and of course they all stick up for one another, despite how wrong one or both of them may have been.. and who's side do you think that the courts are going to be on? the cops who create jobs for them, or the "criminals"??

the whole thing does make me sick though, despite the causes.. in this country having a badge and a gun is pretty much a license to do what ever one pleases it appears.

i'll bet you a nickel that they don't, well maybe the neighbors do, but i have my doubts about the cops though.. if they did, why on earth would they allow their cpt to go on the news and defend their actions and take no responsibility for it themselves?
 
Take responsibility? what about the cops that shot the man they are the ones responsible..
That makes me quite literaly feel ill. im glad im in a country where pigs dont have guns.

And to say that in front of his own grieving family. Not to mention they didn't even bother to tell them how he died. They had to find out at a press conference.

No, the shooters need to be stabbed in their sleep, and the Chief needs to be gang rapped and set on fire.

a drunk man with a pistol shaped water hose attachment, "aimed" it at officers and they shot him, I don't see the problem with that, the thing looked very similar to a hand gun.


Sure if he had it down to his side maybe verbal commands would be okay to use, but once a person brings a object shaped like a pistol up to the ready to fire stance, there is no use for words.

There was no hose attached, at least not that I could find in any stories... just the attachment in his hands.


Good call on the cops for protecting their own lives, and bad decision making on part of the drunk guy for holding something that resembles a pistol (who in their right mind walks around with a hose attachment anyways?) and then AIMING it at police.

He was watering the lawn. He was moving his hand back and forth with the nozzle to evenly spread the water. Just like the 911 caller explained (not about the water but moving his hand back and forth). Other neighbors knew him and knew what he was doing at the time. There is more to this story than the police are telling. Of course.
