Thanks Monk0 and Stoney!! I actually used the computer for the video. I just have finally got caught up on threads. Phone sucks for surfing quickly :fire:

For the pipe, I originally used a hole saw to cut a 3" hole through a 1"x5"x5", then cut that in half giving me 2 pieces of wood with half moons shapes in them. They set snugly enough that there wasnt enough room for the pipe to roll. But in the back section between the floor intake and the back wall is a nook, sort of! I use little pieces of insultation under it to create some friction so it dont roll easily though. Hope that made sense!

great video, always impressed with how many plants you have going on. so many varieties, just awesome. i'm gonna have to do my research on riddleme's thread for that fermentation chamber... everything looks tight bro.

Thanks stoner barbie and CT :bigjoint: I have to admit I didn't understand the whole botanical process, but I got the jist of it. Basically what we call curing is actually the bud fermenting. The bud needs a few things to properly ferment/cure, before and after the chop. First off it needs a full Nitrogen reserve, that's where the feed to the end part comes in. After the chop I leave the leaves and trim because the bud will pull the N and sugars from the leaves to assist in the fermentation process. That is how I understand it. It is similar to how tobacco has been cured.

Well I did it on the plant I harvested Thanksgiving, last harvest, and the wife and all her great senses said the bud tasted better than any I had before. It only spent 4-5 days in the box, and then stored in jars till gone. She always tells me the stuff I buy doesn't taste good, or isn't strong, and this was the best to her. Made me very happy :) She's a picky bitch too, forgive me ladies  I will let y'all know how this goes!

i leave all my bud in the jars now when its done, way better than in a bag drying out and it still tastes great. i just open the jar up when i get home at night and get me a little bud out to smoke before bed.

ya got to believe what the woman says! I always bounce it off of my girl, I never tell her why at first but i will always ask her opinion then after she gives it to me i tell her what i did different. I seem to get a more non biased opinion.

no mold here, my big buds dried in like 3/4 days, well, not really dried but just right to put in the jars. then i opened the jars 3 to 5 times a day for 5 minutes or so over a week. now it just stays in the jars and no problems, this was the last harvest which i still i have a little bit of. now i di put a bunch of cuttings in a baggie and rolled it up after i cut the last 2 girls and forgot about it. a week later i pulled it out to grind it up and it was a soild bag of mold, LoL. just keep opening the jars and it will be good, if you open it and it smells musky, dry it a little more then put it back in the jars.
