Northern Lights grow

What?
One regular Northern Lights seed, Hoping for a male To Pollinate my later females for an outdoor grow. Bought from Attitude seeds.
How?
20" long 16" tall 8" Width Cardboard box lined with Mylar.
With?
5 26 1750 lumens CFL lights. Three 2700k and two 6500k. Total of 8750 Lumens. (I may Switch out or add three 42 watt 2700k CFLs)
Plan?
Start One Northern Lights seed into organics soil with slow release Miracle grow Spikes. Hoping for a male my first grow, harvesting pollen, then growing a second Northern Lights x Skunk femenized and pollinate.
Why?
Paying for weed is getting to be a pain in the ass, Never knowing what I am buying. I figure Growing my own pot will be great.

Tuesday, Febuary 22.
Ordered 10 regular Northern Lights seeds from Nirvana seeds, as well as one Femenized Northern Lights x Skunk#1 from World of medical Seeds and one free Dinafem Power kush.

sounds good but be carful of any slow release nutes..they SUCK to flush out when it's time to harvest...most likely you'll taste them in your bud ...

I am sub'd for this one, I am a Northern Lights fan myself and I just started Northern Flame(Reg Seed), Northern Skunk(Clones), Jack Herer(Clones). I am waiting patiently for a NL#5 clone. A true classic strain my friend. Good luck getting a male, send me some pollen...LOL

Nope this is my 1st crack at them and its only my 2nd ever grow. LOL. Do you have the Northern Lights from Nirvana Seeds? What breeder is your NL seed from? I saw you got it from Atittude.

yeh my seeds are from nirvana, i would have rather got doggienuts northern lights but its like 30 bucks a bean whereas nirvana are like 2 bucks a bean

Well, Its the first of March, beautiful day however no seeds )= Its been exactly one full week, expecting to see them soon. I trashed my Old growbox because I had an intense stoned epiphany and I came up with this. Its my Old night stand, 14x14x14 inches. I lined the insides with mylar as well as some caulk around the edges, I have two fans, One pulling air out, one blowing air in. I currently have 8800 lumens however fosure im adding another CFL which has 1700 lumens. 2 2700k 42 watt CFLs and 2 6500k 26 watt CFLs are currently in the box, I am going to add another 26 watt 2700k but not right now, and maybe down the road when flowering time comes Im going to add two more 26 watt 2700k's and maybe install a new fan. Well here are pics I hope they work, I know some of them are upside down but whatever.

Here is how I do it, I make a folder on my desktop called "RIU Pics" I copy pics into that folder and then come here to the bottom of your thread where the Quick Reply box is and there is a icon with a pic of a tree, its the 7th icon from left to right. Click on that and upload the images from your CPU and go into the folder you created and select the files and when you have all f the pic there, click up-load files and then they will pop up in the box and you can update them like that or even make them bigger in size too. I hope that helps....Good luck and I cant wait to see some pics!!!

So theese are pics of my growbox, she is 14 x 14 x 14 inches. I added a new fan as well as 3 new 2700k 26 watt CFLs. Got my seeds today here comes the growing!

Received my seeds and placed two of them In a wet paper towel for germination! FINALLY!

Finally.....I only see one BIG problem in the pics, Redskin Curtains...ugh! Go get some NY Giant Curtains!!!! Hey set up is very stealthy, I like it, good work! Hopefully those seeds will pop soon so we can get some green pics going to!

I have grown and finished G13, MD Bagseed (Sour D x Blueberry), Chocolope, Bubba Kush. I currently have growing right now is: Northern Flame, Northern Skunk, Jack Herer, R.Ed Kush, Vanilla Kush, Alpoc Gold, Bullshark, Herojuana OG, Venom OG

Sunday March 6th
My seeds finally broke the soil today, although their not showing their leaves the grow has finally begun. Im not sure if I should go 12/12 from seed or veg for 1-3 weeks. I have a 14 x 14 x 14 box with about 200 watts of lights and two plants. Im hoping one is female and one is male. So should I go 12/12 from seed just to save some time and space because if they grow out of the box then Im done for.

I got a Northern Flame that I put straight 12/12 and I am waiting for sex. If you dont care about getting a male go ahead and veg them, it will be more pollen to collect later off the male. Veg for about 2 weeks if size is a concern, are you LSTing?
