It can be beat with a good lawyer but unless you have money for one good luck. you need to have the evidence examined by someone other than the police department who wrote the report. The case can be thrown out from tampering with evidence/perjury/lying/falsifying evidence etc. all kinds of stuff. but like I said you need a good lawyer. Police not just Florida have really become crooks. Most people are afraid to fight in court for good reason. Its because of this they get away breaking the law. They always plant evidence blow it out of proportion, lie. OMG do cops lie. Remember always keep your mouth shut no matter what a police officer says. If they make promises get it on paper if you can cause that is also illegal for them to do.

florida cops care everywhere. yes florida laws are slightly strict. but grow and think about how to do it and the only way for you to get caught is at the site. make sure no links to you and your pretty much good

just use CCleaner to file shred your browsing. ip adresses wont be traced especially using a DNS address cause its borrowed from anyone and everyone. Just dont use a static IP as this is a set ip adress. If you have files you need to keep secure use trucrypt. So long as your password(preferably 20 character min.) is good no one will get your stuff so any pics or videos of your grow can be safely kept from anyone accessing it.. Any questions Ill try to help. Advanced system care will shred files and folders if you need it. Im sure there are police on here but they wont catch you unless you give up your info. its not easy getting a warrant to trace an IP. And generally involves undercover cops posing as someone else to get said information.

Well since I transplanted into new pots discarding the Schultz potting soil and using the dollar general soil the plants have responded quite well.. I lost a handfull of fan leaves but nodes are growing still. ill post pics after my next water.

nice thanks for advice also how do i put that banner up " everything i say is a lie and evry picture i post is formt he internet and i never seen touched ot smoked marijuana i just talk about it to be cool and to fit in" does that work lol?

Alright thanks for the info guys. I'm only really interested in growing maybe 6 plants in my closet, but I don't feel like running into legal troubles and/or losing my house over it.

I guess I'll maybe wait, do a little more research, or just move somewhere completely new to suite my needs... Unless Florida gets medical marijuana by 2012.

I dont know if any one has heard of this doc/short film but its called the green rush and its available on Netflix instant queue. I like it.
