Does Growing Schwag Seed=Swag Weed at the End?

I heard poeple saying that weed that take a very long time to flower is very worth it in the end. I had a strain that's taken over 25 weeks to fully mature and its a mexican brick weed. had it outdoor and in the end, it yields some very fluffy nugs, looks nothing like the dense compressed brick it came from and more frosty, however, when ever my friends smokes it they say its good stress or schwag... im like wtf what a waste I could of just grown kush for 2 months of flowering vs 5-6 months. the buds were properly cared for with love, just that its so pure in the sativa that its too smoothe and no couch lock and mistaken for mid grade or some shit anyone had that experience growing free seeds from schwag?

Ive tried twice to grow out bag seed but both times they were male...So I stick to the good genetics.

well explain to me then why my swag seed have both times grown like shit yielded shit and was so terrible that i gave it away both times..

also you should know that they were grown along side of white widow and qwerkle and others ... which turned out awesome.

Not always, But yeah that can happen. You got some bunk seeds, When i first started out growing i just grew bag seeds or clones homies gave me. Years ago, Do you think anybody who plans on growing weed would order shitty genetics in the first place? Ive had some bunk harvests from bad seeds and some tight ass harvests from exotic strains. Its like playing C-LO son, Luck at the roll of a dice.

weed is only as good as its genetics. all you can do is give it optimal conditions to be the best it can be. my advice is dont grow seeds from brick but instead from weed that has not been compressed but was nice tight buds and got u high.

by the way the plant is still flowering outdoors in socal, the bottom nug matured faster than the top so i cut one one in the bottom, it had amber trichomes hence why i cut it down.

Wrong... its all about the Phenotype. Genotype (Seed Genes) + Environment = Phenotype (Your Cannabis Plants Reaction to the Environment)
Genotype has a big influence in plant consistency, Quality is a representation of Phenotype and how that genotype is expressed in your grow room.

sounds pretty accurate to me I grew 4 afgan kush from seed 3 came out pretty awsome and flavor was kinda different but same kush taste with each strain but one came out so fucking nasty that I felt the Urge to trash or hash it so i decided to hash it and its ok now lol

Not wrong. schwag seeds from schwag weed will never be medical grade because of genetics, no matter what phenotype u may have. good genetics is the first thing you want to get then you focus on picking the proper phenotype for that strain.

agreed ive grown some bomb ass weed w/ "bagseed" but it was from good herb that i bought not brick weed, i would have to say if u enjoyed smokin the product than go ahead and grow it but dont try to improve a terrible smoke

yes it was bunk seed because it was bunk weed that it came from. also, when you say bagseed that could mean anything, i mean my qwerkle will throw a bean here and there and people plant em all the time... now they will go and say that bagseed is good right? but the question is do you get good weed from growing swag seeds. the answer is NO. you will get swag plants/weed.

It primarily comes from improper handling of delicate trichromes. When i first started growing, it was always swag bag seeds. It was all i could get my hands on at the time. The swaggest seeds i have ever smoked end up being aghan kush when i grew them. Dont get me wrong, I have mother plants from the best genetics in the world. But thats not what the question homie asked, I have gotten exciting harvests from bunk trees i bought. Simply you have no idea.. The seeds could turn bunk because if improper growing techniques that stressed it out into a hermie, Once a plant goes into producing seeds it puts all its energy into that, Not producing trichromes, You just cant simply state "All bag seed turns to bunk harvest".

I added more to my reply above.. Its true! I spend some time at Oaksterdam & Amsterdam Cannabis College. Graduated from both I recommend purchasing seeds for stability & consistency reasons. Which is what bag seed doesnt produce, Stable or Constant seeds.. Like i said earlier.. Roll of the dice! "Wanna play C-LO? Put ya money where ya mouth is!" Just kidding!
