Blue venom 400/1000 watt grow

this is my second attempt at a journal hopefully this one is better then my first attempt so let get started

i will veg for a month and a half or till i reach 2 feet then it off to flower

Growing Medium: home depot soil

Lights: VEG-400 watt HORTILUX bulb/NextGen 400W HPS/MH Ballast flower-1000 WATT USHIO - HILUX GRO - SUPER HPS/NextGen 1000W HPS/MH Ballast

Nutrients: veg-organic bat guano flower- floranova bloom

Breeder of Strain: g13 labs

Room Specifications: 3x3x6

well here go some pics of the babys at 6 days after they germ and pop out of the dirt

Get some air in that soil! Make sure you have drainage. When plants are just seedling and cuttings use smaller pot, keep them covered and warm with humidity. That soil looks tighter than a clams ass.

thanks bro the soil is really not that tight as it looks and the pots drain just fine my thing was i didnt want to change pots at all so i started them off in the 4.9 gallon pots so they stay in one place they are under a 400 watt hps light so i think they should be warm

Cool, cool. As for the seedlings, you might want to start them in water first, let them root and then transplant them. Just a thought. They may be warm, but just under the soil it could be cold. They should also be covered and under fluorescent light as MH and HPS is a bit strong for them in the beginning. They actually will do BETTER at the start this way. Gives them a leg up so to speak and pardon the pun (Roots = Legs). :)

yeah have seen people debate about which type of light to start them under but they seem to be doing fine under the 400 watt and

any body got any info on fimming and pruning that could be helpful i want to try it for this grow and see the end result

Yeah i feel ya, same on my grow. Then I saw the first post that says don't post in other people journals, confusesme. Everythings looking good though. How you likin that hortilux?

well here go s a update for those who are even following this thread one of the plants leafs are curling but other then that all the babies are geting nice and big and the freebie auto is also comeing along

I doubt its your attitude thats getting no responses.. perhaps it may be the elitist attitudes of people who your asking...
