buying seeds

ok so im buying 700 ish seeds from my buddys bro, im going to test the bud first, and make sure the seeds or healthy green, is there any onther tips for telling if they are good seeds? and im also paying 150$ for 700, is that a good deal?

Well, i wouldnt. You have no clue what kinda strain them seeds are. Prolly like 700 different kinds. One way to tell if the seeds are good is if the bud was good which it came from. And you dont know what kind of they came from therefore i wouldnt do it. If i sold all them seeds for $150.00 the i would turn around tell everyone what kind of reterd bought em for that much. It may be only 4 cents a seed but ohwell. What i would do is go through all his seeds, pick out all the biggest, best, hardest seeds and say youll pay 4 cents for every seed. And buy like 50 or so. And besides, you dont need no 700 seeds im sure.

make sure they all look uniform. no white ones. all the same shape and size. that price sounds fair if it's good genetics.......IMG_3460.jpg

Holy shit. How many plants did you pollinate to get that many seeds? I only pollinated three branches and I really didn't even want to do that...It's a trade-off bud for seeds.

4 branches on the plant pictured. it was the big middle branches. the bud is still usable for hash. it's smokable but i have better from the rest of the plant so.......:blsmoke:

i need them all because im PLANNING on starting a large grow op, quantie over quality, i guess now im going to tell buddy that im picking out the ugly bad seeds so i expect to pay less

it dont matter what kind of bud that is unless it not mj at all. if u got 1oz. only that would be agood deal. not timewise but still if u get 700 seeds 1 pound is below minimum possible yield. id do it. n shit if u pollinate a portion of em and it ends up to be good bud maybe we can work sumthin out ;). pm me if u want.
