Do you really think anyone is looking to that poll to see which strain is best or even the results of that poll are going to be accurate? I'm certain no one has tried all of those strains at least not enough to have an accurate winner for the title of best strain. This contest is just marketing research for the attitude.


3 winners will be DRAWN out of the group of voters who voted on that particular strain. not everyone voting on that will get seeds. your first post is a little misleading.

My bad dude. I guess I mis-read it. Even if there are only 3 winners, if enough people vote for the same strain the people who voted on it have more of a chance to get some seeds and some cool stuff.

i have been a medical patient for 7 years and have pretty much tried all the purples out there. IMO they suck. they taste like dirt and flowers. am i not allowed my opinion?

Do you know how many purple strains are out there, not to mention the different phenotypes from each strain? I'm sure you've tried them all :roll:. I like how Californians think they know everything about weed even though a large percentage of the herb there is just average. Don't get me wrong there is some dank there but there is plenty of bullshit just like anywhere else. People like you especially need to try some TGA if you think all purple weed tastes like shit.

if it's purple it is supposed to have a specific flavor, no? i personally do not prefer that flavor. why you have such a problem with that? that was all i was saying? i NEVER said i knew ANYTHING. :neutral:

of the 20 different purples i have tried, i do not prefer the flavor of any of them. what makes you think TGA was not one of them?

Not all purple strains taste the same it just depends on the strain and pheno you get. Do you think Urkle tastes like LA Con? As for the marketing part, I always new thats what they were doing so I didn't really care about trying to use it to our advantage and if you tried Querkle and didn't like it you probably just didn't try the right pheno because mine is delicious.

this is yet another reason i hate purple. everyone thinks it's sooo special. it's just another strain of pot. :sleep:

Well the way I see it is if Serious or DNA or any of the other seed co. Are better genetics then they also should have a following. And I'm sure the guys that love those genetics are most likely telling there friends (real or internet) to do the same thing. In the end it's all about bringing people to the Attitude site. And yea after all the beans I have bought some free ones sound pretty good.

I was there a while ago even gave up a great contact that had the best grape I have seen in a while, now it's a nice change of pace when it comes around

But everyone's got a different flavor they like

i have 20 different flavors i like. i just finished a jar of purple. i only smoked it because it was free. my buddy was sick of it. ;)

Well that's too bad I guess all weed sucks now, The majority of it is yellow though. People need to stop abusing phosphorus, unless they are growing a seed crop.

Let's get one thing straigh,. I would never judge a plant positivley or negatively soley based on color, it would make no sence what so ever. Taste and potency is what it's all about some purple strains just happen to fit in that category. No one is saying all purple pot is amazing and no one is saying you can't have an opinion. I am saying it doesn't matter what color the pot is, dank is dank whether it's purple, green. blue, yellow, or red and for you to say all purple weed tastes the same or purple weed is supposed to have a specific flavor shows your lack of experience when it comes to purple colored weed. Yes, a lot of purple weed is generic but there is plenty of purple DANK with all different types of flavors. It's not like the color purple can limit or control the genes that are responsible for terpene production, It's all about genetics and anything is possible.

i don't like purple pot. why is that such a big deal to everyone? why does that make me "special"? why is it insisted that i MUST love purple or there is something wrong with me?
