They are pretty big each one took over a cubic foot bag of soil to fill, I also mixed a little perlite, the natural soil, and some blood meal in.:joint:
I need to bring some more dirt with next time i go out to back fill a little the hole is about 2'' lower than the surrounding dirt, I don't want water to pool in there after a heavy rain.

The bottom leaves are a little yellow, but I didn't want to give them too many nutes before I transplanted because I have never used blood meal before and didn't want to burn them.

I thought about buckets but I won't be able to water those as much as I think they would require. Ya post pics if you can, it will be interesting to see how big these plants can get in this area!

Well my hopes are that it will rain once a week until they are almost done flowering, and the weeks it doesnt rain ill have to do by hand. So my hopes are that 5gal buckets only need 1 nice watering a week, well i bet that wont be the case. I will find out though :p

Looking good Ripped, after seeing those holes you got em in I'm thinking mine are a little small, but trial and error I reckon. The plants in the woods I checked on the other day were a solid 12-14", Ima check them next week and im hoping for some 2 footers! Pictures soon..

Icantbelieveitsnotbud, you should check out the miracle grow moisture control, its spendy as shit but might help you with your watering prob...

Yeah i was thinking of the moisture control, but i didnt wana risk root rot. So i ended up making my own soil mix that seems to be working good

cant you tell sex early by taking a clone of the plant, then flower then clone to know the sex of the plant? I was thinking of doing this for my few plants, throw out the males and plant the female clones. Does that sound good?

Welcome,

I made it out to my spot today, didn't bring the camera because I had to bring more dirt and only had one backpack. Plants exploded with growth in the last 6 days, and the main stems are about as big as my pinky finger, I could already smell them from 15ft away well before I could see them, good thing I am remote!

Well, I visited my plot again today, watered them and added some fish emulsions for N. Forgot my camera again, but weed and forgetting things go hand in hand, although I never smoke before I visit, anyway they are all a little over 2 feet tall, the Super lemon Haze looking the best right now, but all are healthy and green, there was some strong wind and tornadoes around so the Blue cheese was almost laying over no crease in the stem or anything I propped it up with a stick so it should be good.

Also when I was walking I heard this freakish scream from something I'd never heard before, I looked up the hill 30yds from me, this huge animal that took one gigantic fluid step and disappeared from the tree line into the woods and continued shrieking as i walked, and only stopped once I was in the woods. I'll admit I was pretty scared as I was watering that something would eat me. I'm not a serious believer but I'm gonna say this was bigfoot.:eyesmoke:

Thats the last time I visit there alone at 9:30pm

View attachment 1002179How has the beginning of the season been going for all you so far?
I gotta admit its sucking bad for me. My plants are 1.5-2ft tall and stretched. But the worst part is they are getting destroyed by bugs, not just a little bug problem but BAD. So i havnt checked my patch in over a week but i probably cant for another week so im worried. I hope when i next visit they are not dead from the bugs. But im goina try to pick up some Sevin or other pesticide from homedepot this weekend to coat my plants and hopefully stop the bugs.
Good Luck

Lol RippedVAnWinkle you serious about that bigfoot thing??

ICantBelieveitsNotBud, I just bought some 3 in 1 insecticide fungicide spray at Menards and its already working on my plants, they were gettin chewed up by mites i think. I went with the more expensive bottle but it said safe on vegetables/flowers, just spray once a week

Also my seeds came from Attitude today and are wrapped up nice and cozy at the moment..
I changed my order a bit and this is what I have germinating
6- Big Devil
5- Mi5
10-Jock Horror
3- RoadRunner
1-DieselRyder
1-Blue Himalaya Diesel
I have one of those clone domes and some Rapid Rooters waiting to go under my fishtank.

On a side note I got some Primo Blue Dream and GDP from CALI:blsmoke:
Pics once i get a grand for a Nikon D5000
