why is it taking so long?

in other words.. ppl are needing to know what cycle your in. Veg. or Flower?
12/12? 18/6? 10/14? 11/13?
ahhh well there ya go man. that's got something to do with it.. I can almost promise you that much.
you've had two plants.. growing in the same pot for 40 freaking days man. The roots have tangled.
You should have seperated those babies a long ass time ago. Like within the first week of their lives.
You could try and seperate them now, and just hope for the best I suppose. But, I would just start over.
Good luck. Take this one as a lesson.. trial and error.

no specific light cycle. they are outside plants. the taller one is a little over a foot the smaller one is about 10-11 inches. the soil is good ass soil breaks up easy buty clumps together when you squeeze it it was soil that was in a huge pot my mom was gonna plant flowers but then mixed a good bit of miracle gro 15-5-10. im not sure why they are takin soo long to get into flowering. i can get pics of the nodes if you want.

And you cant expect to see any major changes like seeing buds unless you switch them over to 12hour on 12hour off lighting. if they are outside in pots, it ma take a lil longer than you think.

alright. well averagly ive seen people who have the two white hairs growin by 40 days. im just wondering what i should continue to do or how many hours of sun and etc. it would be difficult as hell to take one of them bad boys/girls out of there lol that pot is at least a foot and 10 inches high maybe a bit bigger.

As many have stated; you need to put them into a 12/12 light cycle to induce Flowering. If you are outside.. Sorry bud; she'll take quite a while to get going due to the longer Summer days that are upon us now.
Bring her in and start that 12/12 cycle ASAP!

since you are outside, they may not flower until august/sept.. depending on where you are, and thats starting flowering

and it wont be bad if you bring em in and put em in a dark closet twelve hours a night and have it outside 12 in the morning.. you'll be able to flower fine that way
i mean im out the perfect side of a mountain to get sun light. below pittsburgh about 45 minutes. its like 80 during the day 65 at night. but i have another pla nt thats been growin since march 31st and its slowly fallin behind the other two lol it hasent got 7 leaves only 5 still. its topped and growing two heads. looks a lot more sativa than the two in that pot. and that one is about 60 days old

I just told you why bro. Your plants are tangled up.. under the soil. The roots from both plants.. have entwined themselves' together. What part of that did I not make clear the first time?
Replant the one with two plants into a large container say at least 5 gallons or more that will at least give the roots more room to grow. I made the same mistake before and thats what I did. I lucked out and they both turned out to be female and ended up doing great but you definatly need to get them in something much bigger.
