Don't stress. They'll continue to veg, and as their growth accelerates, the flowers will stop appearing until late July.

I have two plants, this year, out of over twenty that might not get there.
Both were in the ground, but have been dug up and placed in five gallon pots.
They were replaced with more vigorous plants that were very slow to grow, at first but are now growing rapidly.
Look at my grow. Nearly every plant was started on January 1st. They've bloomed, produced seeds which are now harvested, and are now in the garden, revegging.
