so it has been a week, countless emails and still not even a confirmation number. i called and they put me on hold for ten minutes. they took forever to do anything and I am extremely upset. i had a certified bank check mailed to them priority with confirmation and they said they hadnt received it, even though I can confirm they did, lol. if they think they are getting away with theft they are sorrily mistaken because I have friends in high places and I dont think any "business" enjoys the Attorney General on their ass. with a certified bank check why would they even attempt something like this? i just dont know after spending a grand, why they would treat a customer with such an attitude. i am very upset. all i know is they better get my shit to me ASAP or else my business is going elsewhere. shame for a business with such a good selection.
