I really really want a snake! ive been trying to save aside money for all the stuff i may need like tank and heat la,p, mainly the tank im looking to buy a big 1 so they dont feel all cramped.

ive seen small snakes that dont grow big like at all what are those snakes??

so i want to dedicate this thread to snakes. post pics of your snakes or funny snake pictures. i also need help finding the right snake for me:joint:

Gopher snake! would i have any issues keeping like 40 of those fuckers all in 1 tank?? what do they eat?? there so damn small

The first pic is a gardner snake :) they don't really do that well in captivity I don't think. Try a ball python but they are finicky eaters. I personally like children's pythons or spotted pythons they are cool here's a pic of one of mine I used to have.

corn snakes and kingsnakes make good pets too.

thats sick. i also never thought of that. keeping a snake in a tank can make it go crazy right? and pyythons get real big.


this is what i dont want. how do i know what snakes r deadly??

so i have had this snake for like ten years. and one day i was like fuck, it would suck to spend my whole life in a cage. so i was thinking. should i let him free? even though he'll probably be killed.... at least he'll be free. what would yall do?

I kinda got high and i gave the snake thing a hard think. i wana lagg it but im not! ima stick to the snake idea since ive been wanting 1 for so long. i was blown just thinking about all the bad hinga that can go wrong with a snake but i dont mind.

Nah but I want one... My sister caught a chicken snake in my parents shed... I was pullin up one day n she brings out a trashbag n tell me to look inside... Bigazz snake... Se got it in a lol aquarium... She calls em killer... I want to get sum kinda snake tho and a badazz lizard mayn... In a decent aq. Wit an Eco system wit sum mini cannabis plants.. Man Idk lizard might peel my shyt lol...

Ball pythons make good pets, as they don't get too big and are very docile.

Red tail boas are also great pets (when young), but they grow to be quite large.

Meanest snake I ever had was a Burmese python. Bad tempered violent motherfucker he was.

I say ball python also. Most are friendly and easy to care for snakes. I have a couple. One i have i can take out and play with for hours the second one i have has bitten me 4 times when changing his water.

I had a good sized snake clamp onto my hand just above the first finger when I was a kid,,still got the scar

for a first snake I'd say corn snake just for ease but they get long 6ft or so ball python is the way to go

I've had ball pythons, a red tail boa, an albino burmese, rainbow boa, and a green tree python

buemese get huge mine was a bit over 11ft before i gave her to a breeder
the tree python was the meanest bastard i have ever seen

and my dad had a rattle snake, awesome snake
