Does anyone have a closeup of a bud/trichs on harvest day? Pretty sure I harvested too early last time, don't want a repeat of that.

IF you need info on what microscope or loupe to get, let me know.

If you need info on Trich colors at harvest, let me know.

IF you can not get a microscope at Radio Shack for $13, then

1, go by calandar days and FLOWER for all of 9 weeks (63 days)
OR
2, Go by the color of the HAIRs, and wait until they are NOT white.

Except for the one leaf, it looks normal to me.
But it clearly shows a problem. Id rather be proactive and find whats wrong. I dont want to just sit and do nothing. No leaf should like it does so whats causing it? I just figured you would have more input with all your experience and being a fellow DWC grower.

I learned a long time ago, to worry about the top center leaves and not any other ones.

When a plant is 3 to 5 inches tall, the first two leaves die off.

As you go in and out of the tank to take water samples, you will damage roots that have a coresponding leaf and that one leaf will yellow, or turn white or get rust spots or whtie spots or yellow spots.

As you go in and out of the tank to add nutirents and whatever, like pH DOWN, one root can get too strong of a direct dose that damages it and a coresponding leaf.

If I go outside and look at all the bushes and shurbs and plants, I will not be able to find one that is perfect, and without some damage.

It just happens and one wierd leaf doens't mean a thing..

see if you can find "mosquito dunks" break one into like 8 pieces and just use one chunk. Won't see any bugs after that.

I have seen these used in a small backyard pond. They make a oily like film on the water. I cant imagine that would be good for your plants. Have you done this with success in the past? I wouldnt try it but if you have id love to see some pics of the plants.

A montha go, I bought 6 gallons of distilled water, just to try it, got home and it was 7.4 pH. I used it int he aquarium.

Good RO or Filtered water is supposed to be 7.0 or 6.0 depending on source.

I used it in my waterfarm. I didn't notice any film??? The bacteria that kills the larvae floats on the surface - Bti (Bacillus thuringienis israelensis) the sole primary ingredient.
Maybe you mean that? I wouldn't use it continually. Just as a remedy.

And if it's safe for water plants and fish why wouldn't it be safe for MJ?

here's a list of other products that contain BTi -

Aquasheild

Hydroguard

Microbe-lift

all Hydroponic products................ just about $20 more...

No but H2o2 or hygrozyme will

The bacteria is a predator. It attacks the larvae. Not enzymes or proteins or carbohydrates.

and again, that's why i said to break it into 8 chucks.

I WOULDN'T TELL SOMEONE TO DO SOMETHING IF I WASN'T SURE IT WOULD WORK...

I'm starting to get real tired of trying to help people out around here......

Ok its been 35 days since i started bubblelicious in a bubbleponics

Yeah I noticed all the burnt leaves sometimes my light fall into the plants. I hope i get a little stretch cause these things are bushy. They have grown about 2" in 2 days since I switched to flowering
First week of Flowering, they will continue to grow. BUT after about two weeks of 12/12, they won't get much taller.
