I heard in California you can rent professional trimming machines from some of the hydro stores you should check it out and see how much it would cost you. It might be worth 50 -100 $ if you could get it done in a day.

With the damage from the caterpillars, we have to go thru each bud.

Got all year to get it finished, just drying it now to store it, then take some out when needed.

I wanted to get some of this into the local stores, but after being quoted 1500 per lb? :weed: Last year it was 2500. Just broke out the Volcano..lol:hump:

Yea I dont know where I read it on here but someone was saying it was sooo flooded this year more than last year the prices are droping. I dont think it should be that low though. Save it until Jan or feb then see how flooded it is. Also Im sure not many people are growing your strains either. I need to get me a volcano bongsmilie

ouch thats rough i know the supply up north is more then it is down here but thats ridic low. i know peeps payin $3500 for pounds but id rather drop off ounces at a time for $300/oz in the long run its the best deal but ya the market is flooded everywehre i guess and like GT said its gonna b hard to unload and get a good quote for it. but again congrats on ur grow!

Thanks everybody, the money isn't important, just mentioned it to show my surprise..lol I'm going to try to set up an account at a local store, donate some and have some for those who followed this years grow to try. Will post up the results as soon has I get this underway..:peace:

man cali sounds fuckin bomb. you can donate/sell your weed in a place for others to try/buy

1500 a pound aint bad hodge considering u have 20-30+ pounds? if im even close. its just 1500 bucks u didnt have....although waiting for demand is always the smart choice

Not a problem at this time, just need to get what we have dried and stored. Lots of worm damage so far and expect it to get worse as we get to the plants harvested later. 10% but more likely 15% is what I'm guessing? :cuss:

The bud that is molded I throw out but I'm curious if the discolored bud from the worm can be used with the shake and air bud to make Hash? I'm not planning on making it but should I save it? Thanks for any help...:bigjoint:

Make a second batch with just the stuff hit with the worms and see what the difference is if its no good toss it or if its good but you don't really want it give to somebody who does.

just curious, i thought the process of making hash just stripped the trichomes from the bud matter, so wouldnt it all be fine?
ive never actually made hash so just wondering

What up Hodge? Those damn worms. yeah take it slow on that trimming. That's the hardest part of the whole deal. I've still got a 120 qt and a 60 qt coolers that needs to be done. lol

Yeah it's a damn shame those buds are compost. If you didn't have so much a little discard aint bad though. However they would make someone happy that was down to smoking roaches. I just don't think I'd risk getting that dead organic matter in my hash bags. <unless that was all I had> ha I was reading about those smart bags and it said they were better than raised beds and I thought about your grow. ha, no way better. Anyhoo, sad to see all the girls come down but congrats on the harvest. catch you later, slabhead :leaf:
