Thank's for the responses, and I just wanted to clarify for those of you who didn't read from the beginning ( shame on you! ), this is a SOIL grow, not hydro, and the medium being used is Roots Organic Soil, which will probably be amended with some extra perlite.

BUT, we are also using Smart Pots, which are far superior to plastic pots. They BREATHE, they dry out faster, and roots don't become "bound" like they do in plastic pots. Consequently, we will be able to push them more like hydro, more frequent waterings and feedings, while still retaining the buffering and stability benefits of soil.

So that's the skinny. Any more questions??????? Hahaha

HA! i win. jk. but had to say it cause I felt stupid for a second until riz confirmed the medium is soil. I'm doing smart pots on my next project for sure. I've seen the results when a freind switched to them. My space now would make them almost useless because they'd be pressed together and against the walls and such. Thanks. Peace

Well here in BC we have some really dank shit this Trainwreck X Kush , Green Crack , Purple Kush, OG Kush are my fav. and the most popular ones. Dr. Clones has two of them but he isn't cheap, They are all clone only strains but you can get them on the THCFarmers board I believe they have just been turned into seed recently and ppl are jumping on them.. I would definately go for the strongest lol Peace out Headband707

I just finished up some Green Crack that is definitely a really potent version. I have two friends that have grown from the same genetics and the reason I chose GC was cause thiers was so good. But it's AIRY! I asked one of my friends and he agreed. Said it yeilded much less than the OG he grew. Were both noobs, and mine flowered outside in bad heat, but...

Dude looks nice. I love new gear. I felt good when i re equiped with 5200 watts and some new gear but a hole new 10000watt room. I hate you. Not really just a little jelous since I have most of my gear sitting idle because my new house fell through and I can only run a very small 1200 watt grow till January. Then it's on. Good luck bro.

Really airy ?? lol never had an airy one but I have had all different types from different growers fur sure. Trainwreck X Kush was better .. I'd say the Trainwreck XKush was a 10 and the GC was a 9 1/2 lol.. depending on the grower. Now they have had GC for about 2 years it's getting old lol..It's both clone only so they are doing clone off clone I would bet. They are better outside on the right time.But like I said they have been played out peace out Headband707bongsmilie

Even when you ask for no chatter it's still grown to post three hundred and seventy two and you're barely getting started.


There should be a new thread option for who can post to a thread if you don't want all this chatter... A box that defaults to everyone but can be switched to author only or add others manually.

On the one hand it's nice to chat about this stuff but on the other hand these do get out of control fast.

Is that the pot?? lol as I have not had it yet can you believe that shit!!! I took this handle cause I lost money in the mail looking for this strain . So this is a reminder to me.. Now I hear the Headband has deisel and I'm not a big fan of deisel. I heard that Headband707 was really sweet so I thought I would give it a try so I ordered Chemhead from Elite Genetics Poor guy. But if you say Headband is good I will take your word for it bro peace out Headband707:bigjoint:

Here they are, finally. So from here this will start the eventual slide show. Last Sunday(Oct 11th) starts week 1 -
When we jumped from the Coconut pots to the Smart Pots we used a root solution and the Canna Terra. The hose works well, but the pump isn't pushing as hard as you would think a 525 gph pump does so watering takes a bit of time to soak pots that large. :bigjoint: But hey, i'm not complaining.

The room is holding up to expectations. The seal of the room is solid. The drain system works fucking awesome! With all lights running and the two 8" Max in the hoods, the temp ranges from 68.0 - 75.0 and we have been using the A/C units in the corners ( you can barely see them in the photos) to keep the temp in a good range, a bit more dialing in is needed to perfect it though.

C02 Gen is proving to be a pain in the ass. I don't know weither it is the fact that there was just this much material used in the project - so naturally you run into defects, or, we are just getting unlucky. But the Hydro Gen won't shut off by either monitor or flow! It just keeps going constantly! Working on that one. But i can't wait to see the Ladies jump when the C02 is in there, they are doing quite well now so to add more is just icing on the cake.
