No. Actually you said bank bailouts, which is 12 trillion and cash for clunkers which is 3 billion. And you only said it once. The bank bailouts are far far far larger than TARP, but would include TARP, TALF, Etc. Etc. I assumed you meant Bailouts as in all inclusive.Yes, we were talking about TARP and cash for clunkers.
