Everyone who says that it just depends on where you are is right. For instance, here in El Paso, TX, prices are the same across the board for all strains, and they are: g=$20, eighth=60, quarter=100, half O=160, O=300. Now when I lived in Austin (Round Rock, to be specific,) it was: g=10, 1/8=30, 1/4=50, 1/2=150, O=300. Basically anywhere I've been and bought dank nug, it's been 300 an O, and the further it was broken down, the greater the difference in price. I like the pricing system here, because it allows for greater profit to the "dealer," while maintaining a fair pricelock to the consumer. For example...I could go down by the border and by a dime of some schwag for 10 bucks, and that will last a day, if that, or, I can pay 20 for a gram that will easily last me 3-4 days (I obviously have a low tolerance, so as an effect, I spend less money less often on bud.) Anyway, I think you catch my drift...if you have really good bud that's worth 20-30 a G, then sell it for 20-30 a g. I think that the best way to do it is to smoke out with a couple of friends and basically deduce your prices from their reactions to the high. If they compliment your smoke nonstop, then you know its $20 a g chronic...if not, you might wanna go a little lower, but not so low that you don't profit from your initial investment.
