I highly doubt Obama will ever see a second presidential term, its just not likely but hey im no future teller.
Clinton wasn't impeached, he was brought to trial, but the senate did not vote to impeach him (the vote was very close though.)Wait a second...
I thought Clinton did get impeached, but his punishment was censure?
Did I miss something?
You're right, he was impeached but the senate acquitted him on the charges he was impeached for.Incorrect Brutal..... Clinton was formally impeached. it just didn't stick. Historically and forever he will be added to the list of Impeached Presidents.
Bill Clinton, President of the United States, was impeached by the House of Representatives on December 19, 1998, and acquitted by the Senate on February 12, 1999.
He also committed perjury. He had his law license suspended and got it back Jan. of 2006.
But yet you dog Obama? Seems like a double standard to me.yes, he was JUST the President. He had NOTHING to do with it , and if anything he failed to keep it going. He rode the bubble, the bubble didn't ride on him. There's a difference.
You act as though what's written in 'history' is absolute. How fuckin' naive man! Are you serious? History is written by men with agenda - plain and simple. History is NOT the barometer for truth.Yep, he's on the short list of historical failures.
Pretty much.I've seen you spout your BS about Clinton doing NOTHING during his 8 years, giving him NOOOOOOOO credit.
And then you praise Bush wholeheartedly, giving him NOOOOOOO criticism.
And then you blame Obama for EVERY damn breath he takes.
And then you praise Reagan wholeheartedly, giving him NOOOOOOO criticism.
You're as transparent as an unmuddied lake. You are a blind, dogmatic republican. You LOVE and PRAISE everything republican and spit fire at everything democratic.
No, the data on Obama is yet to be made. i can and do recognize failed policies which are predictable in their failure. Obama is enacting those policies at an unprecedented time at an unprecedented rate for an unprecedented amount. It has misery and failure written all over it. If you can pull yourself out of the sand and look at the actual numbers that are being either passed or proposed, you would also be worried. It is unsustainable. Medicare is about to go down and we as a people owe TRILLIONS, when it was promised to "pay for itself" when it was enacted decades ago. Sound familiar? But yet you dog Obama? Seems like a double standard to me.
You talking about actual numbers is hilarious. You never use actual numbers. I am constantly posting the real figures, which you ignore and go onto the next republican talking point. No, the data on Obama is yet to be made. i can and do recognize failed policies which are predictable in their failure. You don't really seem to understand. Any programs private or public have a ton of middlemen. The only real difference is that the governments shareholders are the people, so they don't have to operate at huge profits. Oh and they don't need to advertise them near as much. When you develop a Govt. program to facilitate services, you are creating a "middleman". Now this middleman produces nothing except wasted work for those it oversees. The middleman must be paid by the private sector it oversees. So perhaps it takes 10 employees' taxes to pay for one govt. middleman. But there isn't ONE middleman, there are thousands..... and they are spreading everywhere like a cancer. We all have to pay for the govt to operate. The bigger it gets, the more we pay. the more they spend ON TOP of that, the more we have to make up!..... It just steamrolls from there.
There is a ton of debt stacking up. But it is debt that is mostly in the right places right now. Once we can fully be over with the wars that will stop the bleeding. And with America pulling out of this world recession/almost depression, we will be poised to profit in the future. The time lines of cascading debt. and govt. growth are frightening, if you actually look. Back into the sand?
Well he did a fine job bombing Yugoslavia, the Croats, the Somalians and the Iraqis. More importantly he distracted everyone from it by being caught fucking the help (bad taste if you ask me, everyone knows that you aren't supposed to fuck the help.)I give credit to Clinton for the economy.
Specifically the recession Bush inherited, and the legislation he wrote which led to the housing crisis. I would also argue that people do look at impeachment. It was an embarrassing blight on our credibility, when our foremost legal authority lies under oath to a grand jury. How ironic that you mention a dark stain eh? As it was just such a thing on a blue dress which brought him down... while we are mentioning embarrassments.
Give me a single action for which you believe Clinton should be remembered as contributing to the welfare of the country... and I don't mean increasing welfare eligibility.
You mean the legislation Carter wrote (with a Democrat controlled congress, just like your guy has. Wonder what will collapse in 30 years because of this?).I give credit to Clinton for the economy.

Obama is gonna be in jail by 2012... The revolution is near, Don't you see the signs?
Relax, it's only a prediction.
