from 50seeds came out 47
in week 4 of flowering i found 2hermie plants W.T.F.
This is an very old strain why hermies
(definitely no stressing)

The genetics of Brainstorm (formerly Hempstar) were introduced in our seedcollection in 1996. The strain has been updated for the second time in 2006 by selecting a premium clone from the original seed stock. Through this premium clone the “Brainstorm” feminized seedline is produced.
Brainstorm is a sturdy plant with the power and yield of the famous Northern Lights #5, hybridized with potent 100% Haze genetics. Brainstorm has a solid, strong long lasting "high", combined with a well balanced, soft smoking experience. Good for bumper harvests. A perfect variety to select clones from.



The new parents Northern Lights #5 and Haze put Hempstar to another level. Besides Skunk #1, these two are the main cornerstones of the traditional Amsterdam gene pool - which, for its part, was imported from the USA during the 80ies. Northern Lights #5 (mostly indica) was created from cannabis afghanica and cannabis sativa in the late 70's near Seattle/Washington (USA) and became one of the thriving powers of the Dutch coffeeshop marijuana business in the second half of the 80's. This dark green strain was bred for very compact growth, fast flowering, large harvests and high potency.

if you have a veg room, put the herms in there, and flower them out, because you will have seeds in every plant if you dont, its already too late anyways, but cross your fingers.

you have a good ratio, mine with the Blueberry was much worse than yours.
if you're not happy with them, i suggest:

you make your self a stable motherplant>
once you have a plant that you know is a good feemale,(after you cut some test clones and flower them to see if they do well) you start cutting clones from her>
you can do that every 21 days & get a lot of fresh clones, also the plant regenerates itself within 3 weeks period (new branches will grow) or>

you start breeding your own strain which will suit your needs & will hopefully be stable.

helo! i checked all plants today and the two hermies didn't polinate other 45 brainstorm's(DP SEEDS)&13 big bud's(NIRVANA SEEDS) yes that's very good
now are they flowering in week 6/9buds are growing fast& smells uffffertilizers from www.hesi.nl doin super job hesi bloom is tha bomb&phosphorus to

so you got 45 fem and 2 herms out of those seeds and your complaining seems like a pretty stable genetic to me and if there pollinated its you own fault for not getting them out of there
