Last night the weather guy said we are gonna get some precip, it won't be bad at all, he's said mostly rain and maybe some icing.........well i think the guy screwed up.......woke up to this:

yep this far south, from the reports this morning this same storm is impacting Corpus, Houston and Galveston....while corpus just got a dusting like me. Houston and Galveston are get report of 5 to 7 inches, there is also a blizzard warn to that way also.....freaking weather people....any who we are safe and sound, got plenty of smoke and i might hit the wiskey honey combo for a warm up later.....

PS when people say there isn't climate change just do this

did they close down I-10 around Houston ? I couldn't even imagine it

I can only imagine the carnage on the highways.

oh it's nutz down here......35N is pretty much shut down limited traffic.....I10 towards Houston is also shut down


the one cool thing is saw this morning is people getting stuck on a hill somewhere in town, home own comes out bring a bag of kittle litter out, spreads it on the ground then help them get over the hill and he sticks around with the kitty litter.....that guy gets a thumbs up....

this storm is supposed to lock into the south first and then head NE, so don't count your chickens before they hatch....

Jet stream is over the Mid-Atlantic all the storms have stayed low. We do have some but not nipple deep like we should be. February-March hopefully.

this is supposed to move out by this afternoon, but tonights temp are gonna be in the lower 20 possibly high teens with a wind chill, tomorrow we start warming up, think tomorrows low is gonna be about 30, and then we warm up.......then i get to do damage control ugh......
