Mazar, Northern Lights, Ed Rosenthal, Maple leaf, SK1, Silver Haze, Big Bud.

I bought them for years, hoping to breed with them. I used the Shiva Skunk recently in a couple crosses.

Fishing season is on, and it's cooler in Ohio now, so I have been fishing lately. Not much time for posting. The steelhead are starting to come in the rivers here. I've been going out on the jetty and piers trying to land one.

I have a lot going on in the grow, and will be posting tomorrow. I have a Columbian x Skunk with seeds to harvest, and another plant to hang. I also have some nice new Bodhi strains going.
Blue Sunshine and Cherry Sunshine. So far, the Cherry Sunshine looks more indica leaning, and the Blue Sunshhine has skinny sativa leaves.
I'll throw some pics up tomorrow.

Nice. Are the Silver Haze regs? Im trying to aquire some reg Silver Haze seeds from Sensi. The Sensi US website only has feminized Silver Haze. I contacted them asking for regular Silver Haze seeds but they never got back to me.

Yes, they are regs. I would be happy to share them. I dont want anything for them. I have more beans than I can ever grow. Lol
I took 8 years off from growing, while I lived in Wyoming, I bought and collected strains, like baseball cards. I keep everything in sealed UV jars with desiccants. Ive had them about 4-5 years, but I'm sure they'll sprout.
I'd love to see someone grow them.

Been awhile everyone. I apologize for my laziness lately. I've been doing fine, just busy with so many life and holiday things, I get too lazy to post and take pics.
I have some beautiful buds about ready! I'm flowering Blue Sunshine, and Cherry Sunshine from Bodhi. I've grown about 120 strains or so over 25 years, but this is the first time, I've ever seen purple trichomes.
I read a couple threads and apparently it happens but is a strain/genetic expression. Experiments from growers say it can't be created by environment or feed, light schedules.
These pics are a bit fuzzy. The trichomes apearantly push the purple up to the heads, similar to the amber in other trichomes. I've used jacks and peat grow medium for years. Nothing changed but this is a new strain for me. I really need to change my clothes when I go in there. I have dog hairs on my clothes and keep brushing against the plants! lol

Blue Sunshine from Bodhi seeds is producing some purple trichomes! The two plants up front are the Blue Sunshine.

Thanks. I've grown about 20 or so Bodhi strains over the years. I've never had a dissapointing one. Some are absolute fire! They do some great crosses and even sell a few landrace based strains.

I am currently vegging a cross I made.
Shiva Skunk x Malawi. I'm calling it... "Malawi Wowie"

The lineage is from Ace seeds Malawi, and Sensi Shiva Skunk. I'm currently sexing them, before I toss the boys out, and upcan the girls. They are all very consistent in growth rates and structure. Really nice looking plants! About 2 months ago, I transplanted a bunch of house plants in my grow area, that my wife bought at Lowe's. I started seeing fungus gnats and thrips shortly after. I've got them beat now, but keeping stickies on the veg plants to be sure. So far, the stickies are clean the past 3 weeks. Here are the Malawi Wowie.

I pollinated the Malawi girl with a stout, bushy Shiva Skunk male. I'm hoping the Skunk brings the flower time down. The female Malawi took 18 weeks to finish, so I'm hoping for a 10-12 week cross. I'm sexing them now, and they will go into flower in a couple weeks.

I want to grow some of their seed someday. This cross sounds delicious and I love the mixture.

These were taken at about 14 weeks.
I Mostly grew it for breeding and hung on to it until the seeds looked ripe. It was a monster and grew to about 5' tall. I started it in 12/12 when it was 3 weeks old and brushed it with Shiva pollen when it was 8 weeks in flower. The pistils were nice and white when I brushed it. I got 100s of seeds. lol

Your from my area, I believe? I could send you a dozen or so f1 beans if you'd like. It would be fun to see someone else give them a run. I dropped 8 beans, and 7 of them cracked. They seem very vital and consistent in growth rate, structure, etc. The lineage of the parents are from old stable genetics. I'm excited to flower them soon.

Is this a sativa dominant? How long does it take to flower?
