I pronounced it veg stage when I had seen it's first set of fan leaves . Usually on the third node this specific plant shows 4 blade fan leaves on the third node. As with a 4th node growing in .I just misted water in the tent to quickly bring up humidity, it's very dry weather out here sometime a humidifier isn't enough just to keep the tent at 55-60 . I did use a paper towel to soak up the excess moisture after posting the pic haha. How do you figure it's day one of veg?
How old since sprouting?
Also, it looks really wet.
Good luck.
It's a photoperiod so I can be more liberal with tipping and training I believe. But almost everyone said wait. I'm sure I could top now but it would be a longer healing period. Gonna water for another node to fully grow in then I'll fim and LSTCongrats on the first plant. Its a bit young still Id let it grow. Not all seeds grow the same to benefit from a topping too soon before it can branch out a little bit. Or it may take longer to grow and if its a auto that could be bad though I topped after the 2nd node once.
Idk Im high lol. I should be able to answer but barely can. Really this is something a new grower figures out later as its highly dependant on how you want to fill your space. Your style of growing etc.
25 days oldHow old since I sprouting?
That cant be right. If so, something is very wrong.25 days old
I started with a cheap grow light of Temu for the first couple weeks or so . I finally upgraded to the Vivosun 100w LED areo line. I def see a difference in growth since the switch. Lights on veg mode at 70% and 18 inches from the top of the plant. That cant be right. If so, something is very wrong.
What kind of light are you using? Tell us more about your set up.

I didn't really have the money for a good light at first otherwise I'm sure this plant would be a bit further along . Also humidity was low and so was temp for the first weeks. Since this was my first grow I started out with the bare minimum expecting results lol. But I've now got a whole Vivosun smart tent system . The plant seemed to grow quicker since the upgrade .I'm hoping the rough start doesn't screw anything up. Luckily this is a photoperiod so I should be able to make up for the rough start.I started with a cheap grow light of Temu for the first couple weeks or so . I used 50 % happyfrog and 50% ocean farms . So I really don't think there's any soil issues. I turely think it was the environment it started of in. Temps fluctuated way to heavily in the extremes, along with too little light even for the seedling. I also over watered in the beginning. don't see the point in throwing any living plants out especially for my first run. People keep talking about if plants are worth running all the way through. Or not. To me any plant that makes it to the end will make me happy, I just wanna succeed and learn regardless of the yield or quality even if it isn't as expected. .Also if I can veg for however long pretty much ,does the couple weeks of stunted growth really prohibite me from topping? I'd imagine since the growths sped up and that I have control on how long I wanna veg , that Id have time to top after som more growth?Probably the soil and its conditions if thats soil. Soil grows slower unless its in a good state. Drain to waste coco these would be much bigger and happier its why I stick to dtw coco. Otherwise this can happen but if it chugs along it might be a worthy plant to flower.
For sure wouldnt top or fim if its stunted like it probably is for day 25. It just has that behind look now knowing that. Sometimes my seeds grow like that it didnt start branching out and vigorous untill week 8 which is what I tried describing and idk why it did that but also shows sex week 11 which is too long.
Excuse the excess typos lol stoned at 6am looks funny over textI used 50 % happyfrog and 50% ocean farms . So I really don't think there's any soil issues. Thankyou for the information. I didn't understand that about the flowering period. I might just wait to top till I grow the next couple plants with the new information . Just see how this one does naturally . Do u think LST would be a good alternative?Ok not a bad soil but yea any kind of over or under watering can do that and few other things. You can top or fim it probably wont ruin anything it just might look that way for a week or two straight when it could use some leaving it be to preserve energy. Letting it do what it wants with that energy probably build roots as thats why/when the plant vigorously grows after its got good roots going.
As for flowering the healthiest plants its a long process of 10 weeks just about or more. So if all its leaves are dead and feeding on mini leafs that grow out of the buds its just gonna be a pale yellow plant head to toe. Mold does like unsecure health conditions which one infection you should already toss the whole plant.
It will have trace amounts of mold as is but when mold grows it spreads spores all over the plant to a concerning degree. To me thats why other than performance. Plants out grow stunts all the time so not implying this plant is dead meat its perfect for a new grower to learn on so Id keep it.
As to the mold I would definitely agree and say I have been keeping an eye out. I just don't mind trying to grow out a plant that might be smaller than usually .Ok not a bad soil but yea any kind of over or under watering can do that and few other things. What fun is our beloved hobby if not for the learning curves we get. Personally, I'd still have that seedling in a solo cup, definitely not a pot yet. That said, stop watering!!! Allow the substrate to dry back and make those roots expand in search of water. When she's thirsty, you can visually tell.I used 50 % happyfrog and 50% ocean farms .
