Trying to get our desktop to boot, it's stuck at the loading wheel. I made it to the troubleshooting option, fixing disk problems" "at the moment. Might have to run startup repair after. It's interesting sitting on a movable chair when you are using a crutch, haven't wrecked yet...might need help getting out of it though.

Happy Taco Tuesday, one for breakfast and one for the road.
Truck's heating up, need to add that to the morning getaway.
Reset the timers to 12hrs this morning, took some clones. Plants really took off after repotting and a dose of Regalia.

Saw a nice kitchen pantry /grandfather clock yesterday, unfortunately its over 8ft tall.
I'd need a new house to fit it in. It's a 1880's French kitchen cupboard.

Ugh, I hate getting up this early. Gotta get to the AP to play tunes for the zombies. It will be fun once I'm there, I'm sure, but right now my body is protesting. It's cool, I gotta do the same thing tomorrow, then a day with the family. I'll just take a long nap when I get get back. It's really cold, too. 27f. Winter has arrived, stay warm out there...

The freeze dried strawberries worked well. I got out what I needed last night and let them passively rehydrate in a bowl. They had a raisiny texture when I added them.View attachment 5441373View attachment 5441377
An additional observation. A whole tablespoon of baking powder seems excessive, google says 1 tsp per cup of flour is ideal. I believe I can taste it. Not an ingredient I work with much at all.
