Thanks for the reminder Budman. I didn't have any long and/or tedious conference calls today so I haven't been able to pack the cones.

Cherry pie is one of my favs.

As a young buck, the home we rented had a few large cherry trees on the corner of the property. But we never ended up with many cherries though cause the birds decimated the harvest. Do birds pester you as well or do they leave your crop alone?

They have in years past. We have bird netting to cover both trees but the birds get caught in the net and as a result, I haven't used it lately.
