You can poison and kill these bastards only when they are in nymph stages which they are still. Once they are adults it’s impossible.
I would treat my lawn right now but there’s no point. Like i said i would have to crop dust all around my property to keep a lawn. There’s already trillions of babies.
I sware, next years lawn is gonna be killer(while it lasts)

i’ll try for two more years. At least when try again in the fall this time will be way easier. Won’t have to rip up the newly planted sod. Just wack the dead grass all the way down, compost spreader some top soil, seed, and all little more tops soil on top. Easy peasy.

Have you looked at the electric trimmers? I was thinking about you and trimmers. Might be a better option because of your volume and since you gotta order it again.

I did look at that, and other, electric models. I don't think I am big time enough for that, I do less than a pound each harvest. From the reviews I've read, I think the model I ordered would be best from my situation, the biggest deal seems to be that special dry trim grate (which electrics don't seem to have), and the ability to go in both directions (the electric trimmer cannot). I just love the fact that you think about me, I think about you, too.

We get tobacco for a few bucks a lb. Tumble it till it's nearly powder and spread it on the lawn. Very effective neurotoxin to insects. Grow some - even cheaper.
