Soaked navy for 6 hrs, then into the veg bouillon ham bone stock til tender. Diced red taters and chopped leftover ham. Seasoning. Flavor bomb, nailed it. In the freezer ready for re entrySounds good, I might as well do the same.
Black beans with some navy beans.

My favorite knife is a 10 inch Henckel with a fairly straight belly, not a rocker. It's why I brought the square out. I just sharpened it and was getting bad results. Now I know why. Wish I had a planer.That's gotta be aggravating trying to mince veggies.
