Blaze & Daze

Did he ever talk shop or did he just park it and ignore everyone?
We hardly ever discussed the NFL. More talk of him also being a high school principal at the time at least.
The way that chiropractors office worked was we were always on a machine next to each other for about an hr. This was back in like 2008-9. He was still officiating.

Another just over 3 mile day. Prepped 300 - 400 spouts (the piece that actually goes in the tree) today. But steeper and somewhat tighter then it has been. Couldn't even use my snowshoes some of the time. LOL I actually got tripped up twice with them. Happy I didn't land in the stream on the one. But no gloves on so that sucked. And that light snow this morning was more like driving snow at times with 30 mph gusts, I can feel the slight wind burn on my face. Still, overall a awesome day.

Not a cone but they told me I have promise.
Try a cannagar. These will keep you high for days.
You can do this with a cone filled with kief, etc, as the inner layer, run the skewer thru, then coat it with oil and roll in weed.
Then put the outer layer on, smooth it with a hair dryer and piece of metal, and let it set for a couple months.
(not my pic)

It was me and Rudy and Pete in those appointments. Me and Rudy were in a car accident on the 205/580 right as you drop down into tracy. We were coming home from Fishing the Berkeley pier. Some tweeker rearended me in my Silverado right as i came to a stop. That dickhead was damn near going full speed. Rudy was the one who pointed it out to me that that’s that white cap who blew that call a couple years earlier lol.
That chiropractor had the very best stim setup and omg the traction table was the shit.

I got referred to a new anesthesiologist with specific direction to give me shots where the pain is instead of doing a general shotgun method. I'm hoping it will help. He mentioned PT also, don't know what they can do to help though.

Did i tell you my last PT therapist up in paradise looked just like Kirsten Dunst? I was in so much back pain bro. I’m more of a brunette type of guy tel you the truth, love latinas the most but she was hot. Give it a try you never know might help the back dude. What it taught me the most was how to use my other muscles to get around while your back is fucked. How to straighten up. Sounds stupid but totally helped me that time. There really is a different way to help you get out of bed type thing.

If i could explain it right its firming up your core. You’ll learn how to keep your core firm and that will probably help. Like i’m just sitting here all slouched, back relaxed into this chair. No good straighten that lower back out use them core muscles.

I did some conditioning before for that, I could feel the vertebra realigning on occasion. Crunch and pop, lol. might get rid of part of my beer belly also. :-D

This is key. With all the backcountry snowshoeing I've been doing my back is great. It's almost better than skiing. And definitely loosing my little belly lol
