i fuckin hope so homie.

PICS / UPDATES

alright so i identified 4 fems and 3 males out of the 7 originally flowering plants. got rid of the males (unfortunately that one huge plant with like 9 tops had a bunch of balls), transplanted the 4 fems AND 3 fems that were showing huge pistils in veg room under 24hour light. so i put them in flowering too.
theres like 1 maybe 2 sure females in veg state with pistils, the rest all are either sure males or look fuckin wierd (hermie?)

pics

VEG CLOSET

the red cup has the germed kush seed in it. how long does it take for seeds to sprout? i didnt have to deal with seeds with these plants

CLONE CHAMBER

(mylar cuz im doin 18/6 for better root growth and dont want light to shine in from veging plants)

the clones may be dead. theyre only like 3 days old. i have no idea how to fuckin clone i may need to make a thread asking for help :(

FLOWER ROOM!!

all females

(pistils)

the males:

the fan that saved my life by cooling the hps with air thru the window:

let me know what to think

dang man, looks like you've got your operation all squared away!

give those clones some time
I tried doing a clone, and it just looked worse and worse after a fewy days so i yanked it out of the soil but, when i looked at the stem it had these tiny nubs that i assume were turning into roots... so i said 'aw shit' and threw it away anyway...

got rid of all those clones tonight. instead im doin an experiment by practicing my cloning skills on male/hermie plants from the veg closet. so we'll see if i can figure out some way of keeping clones alive

i'd appreciate it

Some of your plants look real good, bro, and some of them look not so good.

You're experiencing some of the hardships that I learned from the hard way, too. Just remember to keep a positive and patient attitude and things will work out.

I see you're struggling a lot with cloning. I had hell, too, with my first several batches of clones, but now I have absolute success with them. Here are the things you need to remember...
Clones cannot feed from the stem, so make sure you mist them regularly and keep them in a domed environment with humidity but not too much heat. My first few sets died from heat. Also be sure that they're in the same light that they were prior to cutting to minimize stress.
Make sure you cut at a 45 degree angle so water droplets don't get stuck in the 90 degree pipe shape and smother your potential roots, and make sure you get that bad boy in to some rooting gel right after cutting to minimize risk of air bubbles. It's important to cut near a node so you can peel the little side branches off and expose that part of the stem to the rooting solution.
Otherwise, they're going to look real bad at first because of the stress, but as long as the plant material stays fleshy and green they're going to live. It's all about moisture!

Lastly I have noticed a lot of stretching and lower drying on some of your plants. My opinion is that your awesome plants are right below your lights and your stretching plants are too far from the lights. Make sure you water those ladies often enough and keep them flowing with nitrogen to avoid those lower pale green leaves.

Hope I've helped! Best of luck, dude!

damn man. thanks for all the help! +rep! so great instructions on cloning. ive been trying all different stuff and that def helped. which plants are stretching? all those small plants under cfls are worthless except one. they all have balls except one female which already has pistils even tho its under 24 hour lite. cant decide if i should flower it with the others or keep it in veg as its my last female and i wont have anything to clone if i flower it. i dont want it to try to convert back to veg and then back into flowering tho if its tryin to flower or something

Heya,

Those babies are looking nice in their crib!

Here are the pics of the clones I said I would take for ya. Figured it was easier to just post them up here for you. They are going on 5 days old.

Let me know if there is any more info that you need.

Hey, how old are the clones in your post, have they rooted yet, or are they still pretty fresh?
I want to take clones that are bigger but curious on the rooting time, if it takes longer with bigger clones?
Sorry to step on the toes of the thread creator, but just curious!

dude dont worry about it! that what this shit is for! so my internet and cable got shut off today cuz the bill was 45 days dilinquent or some shit. but in the meantime i decided since i only have 7 plants flowering and only 1 more female vegging to LST the flowering plants to try to get as much light to all the lil bud spots as i could. i tied all the big branches all out so they all look like they're stretching out. it looks real good. im really psyched for it. theyre a little over 1 week flowering!

heres my veg room now. four plants, only one is female the rest are all hermied out. tons-o-balls.
the female has huge pistils already even tho shes in 24hour light

heres the one female. and the cup with the kush seed in it. how long does it take for seeds to sprout? and how wet should i keep it? like dont let it dry out at all?

heres the clone experiment. theyre all still green!!
