the xs 1500 seems to provide stronger light in the middle and the 1500 pro seems to evenly distribute the light to the corners
Look at the xs 1500 at 12 inches away the center is 1200 ppf and the corners are 600 ppf and the 1500 pro the center is 1000 and the corners are 900 at 11 inches away.

I’d go for something bigger than that for 4 plants. My girls in 3 gal pots can grow big. I’ve done 9in a 4x4 and was tight. I’d do three… or try and see how it goes! Might have to let them grow without LST

Two longish pieces of ducting one on the bottom for passive intake without light coming in and the other up top sucking air out and long enough duct to bend or whatever and keep light out for flower. That’s if you don’t keep the room light off. Then have a fan in the tent circulating air. I hang a metal 10” upside down with a ratchet and you can point it up or down

Or order monkey fans....ac infinity makes a good one...so does vivosun....and exhaust....i keep mine in the tent and run the tubing outside...keeps better humidity and smell down ...

Also some uva supplement bars are another....I have a Hlg650r and uva bar....also I run Marshydro fc3000 and ts1000...all my tents have side lights and uv or far red supplement bars.....humidifier and dehumidifiers too....I let mine battle it out....I have all controls to keep everything in a perfect environment.....i use digiten humidity/heat cooling controls.....and ac infinity 67 controls...

For a better yield pluck any lower budsites and growth will focus on the tops. Larf will be larf with or without sidelighting.
Scrog works great in little tents like that.
