I'm trying to reform my image with the property management. We're not supposed to be feeding the birds right now and I've gotten in trouble for throwing popcorn at a raccoon.

We do own, but moving isn't really an option.

Even a small 2 bedroom, 1 bath dump is $1.6m right now. :(

Hopefully you have some equity to work with. And I bet you are paying a little more cause it's Long Branch.

Our daughter also wants to upgrade and two years ago, they checked a couple of places in Courtice and Bowmanville - both were pushing $1.2 mil. They might try again down the road.

We're mortgage free. Just condo fees, taxes and parking fees... which are almost as much as a mortgage payment lol.

not a bad idea. I’m using a shop vac once a day for my runoff
