Yeah, that's pretty much what I have been doing. Also trying to eat as well or as much as I can....it is the one think I have noticed though...my appetite has wained or not there....Yea, just tried to sleep as much as possible and drink water, blow my nose.

Living within city limits prevents sniper activities.
