damn, not really slow, what can happen?
What medium and nutes are you using out of curiosity?

If it's peat. Peat can become hydrophobic if you let it dry out. That's where a wetting agent and watering slowly can help. If it's really dry, you might want to water a little slowly, wait a bit, then water slowly again to make it easier for the peat to absorb the water. But like I was asking, what is your medium?

My soil runs hydrophobic until I get it in the 7 gallons... IDK why that make a difference, more volume I guess?.. But I still have one plant in the main room that half of the pot is still hydrophobic. I can poke and stir, and slow water it... it's like water off a ducks back. On all of my plants, I can start feeding with a shower head wand, and make 6 slow circles around it (about 2.25 gallons), and after a couple of minutes, I'll see runoff start coming out the bottom. But that one plant, as soon as I apply the feed, it goes right out the bottom on one side. The other side is fine. I poked holes, slow soaked it, but it just won't absorb feed. I think I might try that Yucca on the next round just to try it out.

Are you also just giving it bloom nutrients, with Low Nitrogen?? If so thats a mistake. Weed needs ever increasing amounts of everything from seedling-2 weeks before harvest.
All Nitrogen is to a plant is protein. Humans eat protein, and we turn it into Nitrogen. It makes no sense to limit protein when the plant will grow more than it ever has in its life after flip to flower. Youre asking the plant to stretch, create stigmas, THC glands, and hormones, all with no Protein, is asking to much, and for trouble.
Protein means of first importance. Cell division, and all kinds of shit rely on protein. Immune system. Protein is responsible for almost every cellular process.
Protein comes from the Greek word proteios, meaning "primary" or "holding the first place." A Dutch chemist Gerard Johann Mulder, coined the word protein in 1838. Amino Acids Proteins are made from chains of amino acids
Plant for sure looks dry. Beware of letting it get so dry. You will concentrate the dissolved solids, and when rehydrated you risk burning the plant. You will have double trouble if its also fed and watered after it has been so dry.
