What can I do to makes sure my final product is smooth and not harsh? Can you do sertin things to inhance the flavor and aroma?

good terpine production relies on 4 things.
1.) genetics
2.) healthy plants grown under optimal conditions
3.) flower maturity. plants harvested early tend to lack in terpines.
4.) Proper drying. plants dried too quickly don't have time to convert chlorophyll and carbohydrates and will often have a 'grassy smell and taste.

that's it. no secret tricks or magic sauce.

my last grow was soil (pie face) and it looked great, smelled great (at first) i flushed at the end. I used fox farm trio plus the solubles and i over did the beastie blooms and i also used my my grow tent to dry it out. I hung the branches on a a couple close hangers then I kept the exhaust fan on inside the tent to keep the air flowing but i live in a dry climate and my humidity was %40 to %30 inside the tent and after 4 days it was mostly dry except for the bigger buds. It was really harsh. I dont know what to do with it now and i dont wanna make the same mistake

You in all likelihood harvested too early and dried to quick
There are no shortcuts

My opinion is the absolute biggest factor is the drying stage.

If you dry it properly, curing is "cruise control", as well it should be, it's just a storage process, it's not some magical terpene replenishing thing.

First and foremost genetics.
Do not overfeed! If you are going above 1.3 EC you are feeding too much. Depending on grow medium give plants a proper flush(ex. 4 days for hydro, 2 weeks for soil). Dry harvest slowly at 60-70F and RH 55-65% for 10-14 days. Cure your buds properly after they are dried, store in a cool, dark area.
