Your canopy is spot on, love it.
I like using 4" x 4" for my scrog when I do them, one shoot per square, in late flower, the shoots should put a lot of weight on so they tend to be 2-3" thick if the have the space and light, you don't want the shoots packed too tight or you get of stretched thin cola's.
thin the plants out antill 3 weeks in flower 12/12.

Thank you! So it should start stretching good vertically? Should I keep limiting the height at this point by tying and tucking? Or let just grow vertical? That is my last point I'm stuck at.Your canopy.
I make up my own soil mix with dry plant food and top dress week 3,4,5 in flower.
have you tried top dressing your plants ?
A true SCROG is very flat and even a few inches high, I like a screen full of 1 foot high colas (just let them grow if you have enough height)
depends which way you would like to grow.
Last grow got some awesome bud super fragrant covered in tricks. Now working on yeild.I make up my own soil mix with dry plant food and top dress week 3,4,5 in flower.

Is seaweed meal the same as kelp meal?my soil mix is nearly the same, you need the n.p.k something like 2.5.6, so I use 1/2 tsp of potash of sulfate (0.0.48 ) is very hot and 1 tbsp of seaweed
meal as it contains everything else the plant needs.
