On a philosophical level, no you can't do it. Justice cannot be preemptive, you can't punish someone for something before they do it.

That said, I do think we should drag quite a few politicians through the streets after they do horrible things. Serve justice appropriately as a deterrent.

You can get super stoner philosophizing with the idea that maybe histories monsters were necessary and killed off someone that would have been far worse. Perhaps Hitler killed some dude that was going to be far worse. Another path would be that by going back it would change the course of history and you prevent yourself from existing, kill Hitler and the baby boom generation winds up not happening and the USA doesn't become the dominant world power.

So uh, no, don't kill hitler/trump preemptively. Wait till after.

Sure, hitlers gonna hitler, and yeah its easy to say you kill him. That dramatically changes the course of history, nothing would be the same. In essence you are erasing the entire human population born after 1945, thus making you worse if we are judging body counts.

I hold him responsible for the Capitol officer who took his own life after the storming.

Well I would throw out there that killing baby hitler is a classic moral philosophy question, so I gave such an answer. Since your just looking for a yes or no and some sorta how you would kill an evil dick response...sure, and I would tie ropes around baby hitler/trumps feet and swing him around in a big ass circle till the limbs came off and they splatter into a wall and then sell em to cannibals.
