You wouldn't believe how bare some people defoliate their plants. Search youtube for extreme defoliation.

One plant budget-wise,, go with Spiderfarmer , Viparspectra, Mars Hydro . White light led with 660nm Reds for flower. Discount codes everywhere, you could usually get a small model of these for $80-$100 . GL

not talking shit, but that won’t do shit. Might help for supplemental lighting but not for your main. You need more watts from the wall , not equivalent to. Not sure on $ but like I said earlier , one of those QB’s or you can look into HPS ,MH ect . Non-led may be cheaper.
You'll just keep getting white pistols with that lightbulb your using. And Herms/nanners. I’d pluck that one out and keep an eye on everything

the V300? i just picked one up for my veg tent 2x2. $55 delivered. it's actually a bit too strong for seedlings even mounted all the way up.

Yeah I believe so I think I paid 80 after the 10% or whatever. Initially got some super cheap one then was like wait dumb and found that one .

Uvc —- C , is primarily used for disinfectant and in plants kills PM and spores .. look into A and B for trich production during late flower
