You can keep it to see what’s it’s going to do. But don’t expect much. Next time you mainline get all those leave out of the way. You have two growth tips you should only have two leaves.

also when you top, dont cut so close to the growth tips, so when they do grow they have support from the internode.

if you look really closely where i topped, you'll see i left a stump for the growth tips when they turn into branches.

If this is an Auto I think you may have a waste of space.
If it's a photo then keep it in medium light 24hrs a day until it recovers from shock, and the hormones build up to branch.

If them pictures show the story , then whats the problem ? i see two nice shoots right on top .....did you kill both of um ? if not it will be fine , even if you did , i think you left enough for it to force itself out of it. i would have to see a better pic.

I’ve personally seen a bell pepper plant taken from outside, with no leaves left, transplanted and cared for, rejuvenate all new leaves and even fruit again.

Will cannabis regrow and carry on? I’m betting YES but I wouldn’t waste the time if I needed to restock ASAP

I say run the experiment! Everyone in here would love to know but I’m betting there will be few who can say for sure what she’ll do.

I give it a week and I bet you’ll see new growth. What can it hurt to try?

You could strip the entire plant and leave behind one leaf, it will grow. Veg it out.

So I’m going to just grow it out and see what happens. It’s a photoperiod high Mac seed. Thanks for the advice everyone.
