Between 24c and 28c shouldn't be a problem that temp is ideal. 28c being slightly higher end but shouldn't be an issue.

What are ideal temps for flower and late flower. I heard lower and then also dryin too.

It's better to lower temps a bit late flowering but you could get by with those temps. It's when you get 30c+ you want to worry.

How far away are the lights? Sometimes the plants can wilt at the end of the day especially in veg under 18 hours when they are getting a lot of light. Is your temp probe in direct light? I would think with an outside tent ambient of 20c you could set your controller to 27c and 65% rh for now. Then in flower gradually lower the humidity and lights.

I run my veg hotter than flower. leds require more heat. My plants seems to love @ 85F (30C) and 70% humidity in veg. its hard to maintain that during the winter. if I drop them down into the 70s they slow to a crawl.

I agree maybe the light is just too intense rn. what kind of lights are you using and at what wattage?

wow that seems like way too much light in veg! what lux readings are you getting at the canopy? (even just use an app if u don't have a real meter.)

600W of led in a 4x4 is 37.5w/sf which is pretty much on the high end if what you would want for flower. those leds aren't quite as efficient as Samsung diodes, but with say an Hlg fixture 480W is fine for a 4x4 with is 30w sf. In veg I do 15-20W sf but even that is too intense in early veg.

I would try dimming your fixture way down and see how they respond. it will probably drop temps a few degrees too. altho I think your temps are prob fine and you are just hitting them with too much light.

I would keep both in there and dim them both to 50%. I agree you want the spread. if you only use 1 light then you will have a giant hotspot down middle of tent and have to hang it higher to get a good spread.

but you are just guessing until you get at least a basic lux reading. see what they are at now and dial it back to like 10-20k lux for now. 40-50k for flower, 60k max. you can get more scientific and convert to PPFD or get a real par meter but try it with an app or cheap lux meter and see what the canopy is getting now.

however you figure it out, you want to be at @ 240-300w max in veg imo.

Just get a watt meter and plug each light in then dial down the percentage until you get to the watts I suggested because that is all the watts you need to be running in a 4 x 4! And use a 22 inches light distance during veg, and 18 inches during flower.

4x4 tent. 2 tsl2000 lights and an Ac infinity t6 and 2 fans in tent. Tent in basement with basement temp at 20c tent temps get to 24-28c sometimes which when I see it closer to 28-29c I know the plants are not liking it for I red 20-25c is best

Is that based on my sepecific lights or is that general rule of thumb. Either or I guess I will look to buy a watt reader for lights. Any suggestions?

Not yet. That will be my next attempt just lots to move around. But so u think that will make big difference

It’s hangs 2 inch above canopy but also right under light aswell Shud I put to side or something ?

Par meter like 500 bucks if lucky. Lux meter on amazon like 60 bucks do u suggest I get a lux meter will that help me out and can u suggest a brand for me that is reliable please
