yeah this just caught my attention because of the way it blew up across the globe. Seeing it even Japanese news and she’s the same age as my son so it upset me how they treated it.

Yes, when things like this get blown out of proportion for their own gain, the media is the problem. They have already made her "white" to suit a narrative and obviously don't care what the outcome is as long as they make that money.
I personally don't care what the little cunt gets because she seems like a shitty person, regardless of her ethnicity, but this doesn't excuse the fact the media is fueling the fires of what they feel divides your country for their personal gain. I apologize @DaFreak. I am not a psycologist or anything even approaching someone that studies people. If I was I might have made this observation earlier, I don't know.
I think it comes down to sexism and not seeing it through a non-sexist mindset. Maybe this woman's reaction was or wasn't racism, its hard to tell. But let's look at it from a slightly different angle.
The above story is about someone who felt they had a right to confront and assault a teenage black kid. This ended differently of course, thankfully.
How did Trayvon Marting being killed by the child murderer strike you?
To me it is scary similar.
Black teen out enjoying their day.
Only to be assaulted by some crazy person.
Maybe it might seem different, but then think about being a young dad having a nice time out with your family.
And you are all of a sudden confronted with someone assaulting your family.
And to get them away, you push them.
Only to have your nice family time turn into a murdered father.
How easy could that have been this guy and his kid if this girl had a gun?
That is what is important to consider if you are not another paid troll propagating this clickbait.
The place that I saw outed her was the same tabloid pushing the Hunter Biden propaganda. It is not my fault that people are pushing this online, I can't stop people from amplifying propaganda. But I can try to help them see it for what it is.

If you are going to use an example from your own life, you might not want one where you justify it by saying you didn't even hit him that hard (with a 2x4?). Why say that? In any case, "zero evidence" is what Trump has been saying for a while. We all know Trump is guilty, that he prevented evidence from being being gathered and used to convict him. "no evidence" doesn't mean you didn't do it, you kind of said you did. No evidence just means the state may not punish you.
Regarding her future for her apparent assault, I agree that her life shouldn't be ruined for this. I hope she learns to control her temper and to keep her hands off people unless they say yes. But really, from what I've seen and read, she's a piece of work.
Are you saying that the father and his son had no right to hire a lawyer and nudge the case along so that the police now have the perps ID and someone to question?

In this example the Guardian is trying to sort out a mess caused by a TV personality using ethnic and religious fear to further his cause. By them reporting on it, are they part of the problem?

Long post and I’m with kids, but I don’t see this as a vigilante type of Trayvon thing, anything can escalate in America to a bad situation obviously, but unless we hear otherwise she’s not out there trying to be a cop. To me the Trayvon case was clearly a guy out looking for trouble. Plus the cops told him to stand down and he didn’t.
Plenty of threads on Trump and his followers, and yes, America and the rest of the world is entering a very dangerous period, like a Chinese cultural revolution where there is a war on intelligence and science and given voice and power to the idiot masses. But I feel like this is part of that. I see a simple minor problem here but idiots are making this out to be a much bigger problem. Common sense thrown to the wind.
