I’ve just changed it over to a bigger light was on a 50w led but now on a 100w I’m not after a huge yield just a couple of oz. have I done the lst correctly ?

Yeah that's too much stretch and really light in color. Move your light closer or get a better one. What type of light do you have?

Well it really depends on how you like to do it with LST. Me personally I top my plants then lst the branches to look like a cross then I top them one more time to get 8 tops and keep LST. The way your laying is good enough for that small room.

You will need a better light if your hoping for 2 OZ I don't think that light will have enough power to go much in flower.

I have a 600w LED I’ve only just switched it onto that. Actual wattage is 100w tho which is shit but aslong as I get something out of it.

I’m using canna terra for soil, I was advised that this nute can do all the way through if I’m not bothered about getting big yeilds

No

Those nutes won't be good enough for later growth the 100w led will help you can get some decent bud off it. The LST is good enough, since how you plant has stretched that's probably as good as you can do it for now. For nutes you can go with liquid stuff I used to use liquid nutes but have switched to dry amendments since they are organic and easier to use, it's harder to over feed with dry amendments also. For a medium I use SunShine Mix#4 its a soiless mix it has spagneum peatmoss, coarse grade perlite, gypsum, and dolomite lime. Fox Farm is also pretty good alot of people use it i haven't so I can't say much about it.
