this is a felony.

i have only ever been taught the basics of gun responsibility in boy scouts with bb guns

1) assume every gun is loaded and ready to fire

2) never aim a gun at anything that you don't intend to kill

this cunt had a gun that she made sure was loaded, and she aimed it purposely at unarmed kids that had no intention of harming her.

she is lucky that the black woman who brought felony charges against her is allowing them to get off the hook with some basic gun safety training classes

i can

racist trumptrash just want to shoot black people, they have no interest in being responsible gun owners. they are just homicidally racist.
I don't know if it is that sinister
I live in the boonies and many of my neighbors are loud mouth pussies till they get that gun in hand , then Rambo
I think they are just scared >:(

They are more then likely going to prove they had a right to brandish...and tbh they are probably right. The min we start eroding property rights alongnwith the 2nd amendment things are going to get real draconian real quick
It's not " a slippery slope"
Not everyone should have a gun because "they want to"
This woman shouldn't even be allowed to carry based on her stance

But breaking down a gate to enter private property is not? Ok, got it.
They had every right to protect their property. Guaranteed they will not be convicted. It will be the other way around. They will win a lawsuit for false arrest.

Maybe. The court costs are a good start at punishment, though. Regardless what happens, the message is, don't point guns at people for no good reason. Is this too much to ask?
