well, I have no clue how much fert you did pour in and how sharp your soil is ... if its organic flushing won't do much, at least, not for long... or how well airated your medium is (= how well your plants react to a boatload of water)... you could do a single flush and then just keep on watering... I personally, in organic soil, just feed RO water if plants are somewhat stunted from nute overload, then go from there to tapwater, then add stimulants to help leeching some of the ingredients out, and if it's warranted, pick up the nutes. maybe you can judge a bit better your situation than me.... but whatever you do, no fert for some time and if you fert, remember soil buffers so not all nutes are captured by the plants after the first watering

If you follow the FF feeding chart in any decent soil you'll overfeed your plants because it has you feeding 2.0 EC on week 2 when you probably don't need anything until week 4 because even their soil will carry a plant that long. They're really doing a disservice to their customers by having them overfeed their plants. Then the chart has people flushing every 3 weeks using another one of their products.

actually I was reading directions on the bottle I had a feeling that I was over feeding them I don't know worst comes to worse I'll flush them but from here on now I'm just going do water this is my first grow and I'm doing pretty good according to some pros but I just don't want to mess this up trial and error experience makes it everything

Don't dump a bunch of water through them. Just start feeding them plain water.

I just follow the directions on the back of the bottle it says every other watering I'm probably going to do every other other watering
I think there is a huge influence of how long does it take to dry out and plant/pot size. When you need to water every other day than you can not go water feed water feed because you will end up with 3-4 times feed in two weeks and the chart says 2 times in two weeks. Chart is technically not so crazy but you need to have “eating” plants when you want to follow their schedule. And as xtsho said, when you have a big pot you likely do not need to feed them for a weeks. I always watch the runoffs EC to determine how much “food” is still there and when to add some.
