Edibles and trail running =
I recently started running again. A back injury had me somewhat sedentary for quite a while, and I found that my lungs have been the hardest part to bring back into shape.
Running on edibles seems to cause a smoother gait - and/or relieves my knees & hips enough that I enjoy running again. And of course just being out on a trail is fun with any cannabis! As for the lungs, they're coming back slowly - getting old sucks...
As I think on it - I probably don't carry myself as stiffly as when un-medicated - therefore a smoother, more efficient gait that's easier on the joints and lungs, but no loss of coordination as with other meds or alcohol.

Surfing (a lung sport) has long been associated with pot for good reason.
Diving is a blast with edibles too - slowly flying through the kelp forest while it bends and sways in the current...
